On the other hand, Business Intelligence (BI) is a great aspect that has transformed the direction of a business. Business Intelligence, is defined as the collection of appropriate data that is used to evaluate the success of the organization by monitoring their relevance to the customers. Through the collection of important data about the organization, proper business decisions are made, and the direction that the business is heading to may be estimated. Through the analysis of historical data, the company can refer to the past to ensure that the correct decisions are made. In any case of the company going through any constraints, through refereeing to any past event in the line of the business, the head of the company can make a decision that helps in rescuing the company from going down.

Business intelligence greatly involves the diverse knowledge that a business person has on the scope of a field that the organization has ventured into. Business intelligence fully relies on the diverse knowledge that an organization has gathered in the field of business to ensure credible information is achieved. The creation of efficiency during business operation is the main objective that business intelligence aims at achieving. This aspect plays a great role while making decisions. Through having a predictive nature of the likelihood of something to happen that will affect the organization positively or negatively. Through social media, the aspect of advertisement is achieved, and most of the people are well equipped with the appropriate marketing strategies for the company. The new era of millennials has been seen as a great transformation of the behaviour of the different human beings in terms of their involvement in the social media.
