The basic of physical survival is paramount. It covers critical evaluation, education application, characterization of self-actualization, and needs to expand the hierarchy.
Strategies for Concepts
The following are the strategies for managing conflict; avoiding conflict is a strategy on an individual level of hedging conflict. Accommodation of conflict and opinion of the different parties is helpful to escape the conflict (Öge et al., 2018). Collaborating with other partners increases cohesion hence leads to conflict management. Negotiation is a useful strategy to ensure that conflict is managed.
The strategies to have clear presentations are the following; precise preparation helps to have a good presentation. The Mode of delivery of the presentation is a strategy to have clear communication (Öge et al., 2018). The giving references to the content of the presentation are helpful in communication and trust in presenting the information.
Maslow’s hierarchy has strategies for considering the essential need for individual achievement (Bridgman et al., 2020). Identification of priorities is helpful in the management of the scale of achievement needs.
Conclusion
Managing conflict is a need for implementation to avoid conflict among personnel generally. It can be done by having a suggestion box available, employing conflict management, and having a clear emphasis on reasons for changes and transparent communication.
Maslow’s hierarchy is necessary for an implementation to motivate human beings to achieve their target. It can be done by having a clear target set. Emulation other successful personal and giving motivation for achievements.
