They also take part in enrolling students in group discussions. As a result of students engaging in group discussions, this will enable them to share their different ideas. Through the act of sharing ideas, learners will acquire new ideas, hence enabling them to cope with the problems affecting them.

Teachers inform their students on the set rules and guidelines. Every institution has set rules that give direction to the entire organization. They have ensured fairness, for instance, marking the exams of the learners based on the ability of each student. This strategy is significant among the learners because it gives chances to the weak students to deserve their grades in an honest manner, thus motivating them to aim for higher grades.
