Ursula M. Burns must know when and where the interview will take place including date, time of the interview and arrival time. She needs to review on the name, position and a headshot of the reporter. She must get familiar with the style of the reporter and research on her years of expertise. Since the interview will be on TV and in the newspaper, Ursula M. Burns must familiarize on what to wear and what to avoid during the interview. The newspaper will be a great outlet as it will target most entrepreneur readers who can learn on how you began your career as an intern Xerox and moved all the way to the C-level suite. Television will target most viewers on a regional and national level and target the female millennial that may want to follow her footsteps.
The key message is to inspire and influence people including the entrepreneur by highlighting how you became the first black woman CEO to head a fortune 500 company and also the first woman to succeed another as head of a fortune 500 company. In the storyline, you should share your own personal tale of tragedy as this might make your message powerful and bring hope to anyone listening.
In the Q&A Document, Ursula M. Burns must be familiar with questions like; What inspired you in your career life? Which leadership skills do you use when carrying out your duties in the interview? Also, in Tough Q&A Document, Ursula must be asked questions like; What do you hope to accomplish within 5 years to come? Which Accomplishment shaped your career? What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

Ms. Gibbons is a creative and tenacious reporter who has a nose for news. From 2011 to 2015, Ms. Gibbons was a junior reporter at DEF journal-Sometown, MN and from 2015 to today, she has been a staff reporter at ABC journal - Sometown, MN. Ms. Gibbons covers a wide range of topics especially those that feature diversity and inclusion. Along with being an Equal Rights Advocate, Ms. Gibbons enjoy interviewing people who make a difference in the world. As a full-time reporter, Ms. Gibbons is singled out as one of the most prolific writers and a productive story contributor who never fails to meet the deadline. In her career life, she has earned commendations for her excellent writing, reporting, photojournalism, and infographics.
Before Ursula became the chairman and CEO of VEON Company, she was holding the same position at Xerox Company. At Xerox, she started out as an intern and progressed all the way to the C-level suite. There, she transitioned Xerox by letting the company focus more on services than on products. In 2010, she oversaw the company's $6.4 billion acquisition of Affiliated Computer Services that could boost its sales and hence meeting the revenue goals of the company. Also, she handled the company as it split into two; Xerox Corp and Conduent, Inc. thus responding to a crisis and leading the company in many stages of transition. From her storyline, I was able to learn some leadership skills that could empower any woman who wants to move in the same footsteps as that of Ursula M. Burns. Also, I learned that for one to be successful one has to be visionary, innovative and be able to embrace change and new ideas. From third party comments, her close connection with customers and the unwavering commitment to innovation made her successful in her career life.
