I am a team leader who is highly motivated with more than seven years of cross channel sales force management, talent development experience, and operational compliance. My most relevant skills include teaching and coaching, communication skills where I can fluently communicate with different people in my personal life as well as my professional life, innovation skills, analysis of data, social media, and team leadership. I have been able to employ these skills in fifteen different locations that are situated in Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington. I also can identify new talent and develop it in five years of onboarding experience and overseeing the development of new skills after several years.
I have an experience in Human Resource and development where I have been working as a District Trainer for Sprint Corporation from the year 2019 to date. I have been responsible for developing and delivering programs of education and training while working as a District Trainer. I also have worked for Sprint Corporation as an Indirect Performance Operations Manager, where I had the responsibility of conducting monthly audits. In the year 2018, I worked as an Area Retail Sales Manager in AT&T Mobility where I had worked before as a Sales Manager in the year 2017, an Assistant Store Manager between the years 2014 and 2016, and as a Retail Sales Consultant between the years 2012 to 2014 in the same company.
I intend to shape my vision as well as my learning environment from this MBA program, where I will provide the value and skills that I have acquired from past work experiences for different classes in the program. I would contribute to the program, especially in classes of macroeconomics, ethics, and finance by sharing with other students how compliance audits on transactions are conducted by the use of excel macros, inventory management systems and VLOOKUP. Due to my expertise in team culture, data-driven decisions, program management and speaking in public, I would like to contribute to the program through creating a student club that is committed to voluntary services for different occasions in the program. My desire to learn new things, become adventurous, and meet new people will help me contribute a lot to the MBA program. My experience as a Sales Manager and Operations Manager will aid me in the contribution of ideas and concepts in class that will help my fellow students understand the program better.
My short term professional goals are that for the first five years after finishing the MBA program, I will enjoy working in the department of sales and marketing for a major company. In about five years, I want to be a branch head manager of a company that has its activities distributed worldwide. Another one of my short term goal is that I would like to get exposure to a regional level in Finance, Human Resource, and Administration. My long term goals are that in fifteen years from now, I would like to be a general manager of an international company where all functions of sales and marketing will be my responsibility. In twenty years after my program, I would like to have all the necessary skills and experience to be the CEO of an international company. In the twenty years, I also wish to have my own company that will extend its activities to different countries around the world.Studying a program in MBA at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln will help me to become a competitive business expert who will have the highest stakes in the market outside the school where I will be the main competition for many jobs related to business. I will also be able to use data and analytics to solve practical business concepts and problems that may arise in various organizations. The university will expose me to issues and solutions to solving, especially in cases related to purchasing, sales, planning, forecasting, and distribution. The MBA program will also help me learn different technology concepts that will ensure fast and efficient business activities in the companies that I intend to manage and those that I look forward to owning some years to come are created. A University of Nebraska-Lincoln MBA will help me to add a specialization to my degree, and this specialization will help me to make my potential employers know that I have solid skills that add my credibility and give me a competitive advantage over other applicants of the jobs.
