Introduction
Personally, I have a strong conceptual skills ability, which allows me to understand various complex situations in developing creative and successful solutions in my managerial role (Guo & Seaman, 2011). When I had a severe disagreement with someone at my working place, I would rather talk with the person and solve the issues. In most cases, I would rather sit in front of the computer and spend a lot of time with the members of the community in the organization. I have stronger technical skills as management personnel in the organization. I have the ability to perform various tasks and knowledge that is required in performing organizational skills and specific skills in the organization. Some of my technical expertise include information technology, mathematical skills, and scientific tasks oriented services. The weakest skills in my managerial position are social skills. I have weak interaction, work relations, socialization, and communication skills with other employees.
Initial Reaction to Learning About Strengths and Weaknesses
Learning of my strengths and weaknesses in the conceptual, human, and technical skills have really transformed my managerial roles in the organization. The conceptual skills strength has transformed my understanding of the complicated situation in the development of creative and unique services (Guo & Seaman, 2011). This ability has led to critical decision making policy in and outside the organization. When I realized my strength in technical skills, I was able to expand my knowledge and skills in relation to the performance of various tasks and specific skills in the organization. This strength also allowed me to teach and educate the members of the society effectively in relation to technical skills. My weakness in social skills also taught me a lot of skills in how to interact, relate, and communicate with various skills.
The Result Expectation
Personally, I was not surprised to realize my result in the skills ability of my managerial operation abilities. The release of the effect also led to a considerable shook as personally. I was not to score a higher score in technical and conceptual skills.
Identification of One Source in the Three Skills
The resource that will be used in conceptual, human, and technical skills is the decision management that deals with concepts, tools, methodologies, and applications (Marshall 2008). The following resource will effectively present a practical decision to be used while addressing the skills in the organization. The next support also will help me as a manager to build my skills in how to discuss my concept, methodology, applications, and tools in the organization. The resource also will develop my understanding of analyzing, interpreting, controlling, and strategizing my skills in the place of work (Marshall 2008).
How Your Strengths Promotes a Positive Culture in the Global Environment
My strengths in skills play an essential role in transforming the positive culture around the world. For instance, the conceptual skill allowed me in an understanding of critical decisions in the development of creative operations in the environment. This skill will transform my environment to be one of the most effective and innovative society. Technical skills will allow our community to perform various tasks and knowledge that are required in performing organizational abilities and specific skills. This will help in transforming the cultural productivity in our society. The following strengths will result in the positive growth of innovative, effective decision making and creativity in our managerial sector (Pant & Baroudi, 2008).
