Introduction
Humans are social and political beings. To be social and political, humans actualize psychological orientation to conceive that which they perceive in their minds as the proper conduct of socialization and political affiliations. Through the physical disposition, humans relate to one another and form communities that protect their well-being and give them a sense of belonging. Such being the case, it stands to reason that humans depict diverse realities in particular standings and situations of life, so much that people cannot authoritatively qualify a single definition of what is human. Through meditation, however, one can access the various divides of what constitutes human living. This undertaking presents a personal perspective concerning spirituality, social development, and growth, psychological well-being as well as physical human capabilities that control human life and self-awareness.
Possamai and Blasi (2020) state that humans elect not to think of the spirit. People are so obsessed with the physical constructs of daily living that they disregard to care for spiritual well-being. The Bible depicts that human thinking change as one grows from childhood into adulthood (1st Corinthian 13 King James Version). Becoming either an adult female or male, humans transform their thinking and philosophic perspectives concerning various matters as they grow. This transformation means that whether people admit it or not, the human brain and physique responds to unseen outer directives to respond to nature and physical perceptions of reality. Partaking of meals is necessary for the provision of nutrients and growth hormones to the human body, but what directs the thinking methodology humans develop to solve life problems?
Dwelling on such concerns draws philosophic and theoretical discussions to understand human phenomena. Rusell Brand presents credible insight and inspires self-reflection to accentuate what it is to be human. In his talks, Rusell Brand seeks to awaken the human population to the vast reality that is around in abstract form in the vicinity. Even with all five senses active and sharp to the highest measure of clarity, humans cannot decipher all that goes on the environment. Some seek solace from quantum physics and in-depth scientific deliberations, but what needs to be done is for people to find oneness with the infinite and untimely. Discrete research shows that through meditation, humans can access the spiritual, psychological, and physical realms of power simultaneously.
As with mental growth and physical growth, it is prudent to admit that many changes in the psychological and emotional disposition of an individual. Failure to acknowledge this reality is to dip one's head in the sand, as matter is a construct of unseen forces that hold elements and atoms together (Allam, 2020). Such is the connection between the seen and unseen phenomena of the world humans live in, and the same features make up the very composition of the human body. As a result, it is prudent for people to look within them to reach for the inner soul and energy that power their physical reality.
Meditation enables its adherents to have access to the unseen realms of power (Towns, 2020). Within each individual, there is an infinite and unlimited capacity to achieve greatness and become one with nature. Still, just as the spiritual nature of God, it is up to the humans to choose to have the intention and purpose to reach that is internal, infinite, and eternal. All the realms of human living are accessible, albeit temporarily, when people practice to listen to nature and be one with nature, an aspect that is mostly possible through the practice of meaningful meditation. The physical, spiritual, developmental, and psychological constructs all merge in the supernatural domain, a world of bliss only identifiable to those who believe and respect nature and the planet.
