God, the creator, has made it possible for us to be made refugee to him if we trust in him and do according to His will. He is the protector thus, he shields all of us from all the bad deeds that we are to commit or undergo through while handling our day-to-day activities. He makes sure that he is there for us when there is need through answering the prayers. Mostly, events have occurred, and if not for God`s guidance and protection, we would not have survived. God`s shelter enables us to find rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

Throughout life, some situations come to life and negatively affect your life. My friend Bruno had difficulties in life as he was born in a single parent family. Throughout his life, he used to love God, and he never missed church. In church and any other events that included praying and worshiping, he was active. Bruno was born and raised up with his mother. His mother had once been diagnosed with breast cancer that was cured through God's grace. Bills in the hospital were too huge, and Bruno's mum had to go and borrow from the bank to settle the hospital bill. The bank offered a loan of $100 and was to be repaid in one year, but due to the poverty life that he and her mom lived, he would manage to repay on time. These made life hard as most of their properties were taken and left with nothing.

Bruno always believed in God as the protector, and he used to believe in no fear. He never feared the dangers of the day and the terrors of the night. The bank had threatened to go and sell the rest of the property and had given Bruno's mum an ultimatum period of one month to complete the arrears. Bruno prayed to God one morning and asked him to consider his prayers. Psalms 91:14: God said that he would save and protect those who love and acknowledge him. Bruno's prayers were heard as friends from school came one day to visit him and found out that they had not eaten for the last three days and lived in a poorly constructed shelter. They concluded to help Bruno. They came up with a movement that helped raise $1200. They also gave the family better clothes and more food that would sustain them for a whole year. The bank was paid, and Bruno and his mother lived a happy life. Psalms 91:16: he said that he would reward them with long life.

Bruno's life displayed God`s act of protection. He protected them from the hard life that they were going to experience by sending Bruno's friend as savior. They were able to trample and crush down the fierce lions that were to destroy their life. Through God`s protection, we should be able to thank him and pray for more protection. In life, a believer should accept to be God`s refuge as he will keep all the evil away from you. He will send angels to protect you from enemies, and he will answer all the question that you seek answers to. Therefore, all of us should trust in God if we need to be safe and protected from the evil deeds of this modern life we encounter...
