The author emphasis that everybody strongly agrees that there is need for good grammar skills in jobs involving interaction with jobs involving interactions with both the clients and the external environment. He explains in his article the upheaval change of language over time. The author believes that in an event when someone is unable to give a clear distinction between words that appear to be the same, laxness should not be assumed. He states that formality in jobs, especially those that heavily relay on effective communication like taking dictations, compositing comprehensive directions to be followed, and blog entries examine the candidate's ability to write a clear and concise language. According to the author, there is a degree in which people condemn other because of their different use of words; therefore, these groups of people view this as bad grammar. For instance, some people do not give a clear distinction between its and it's and that grammar is these days used as the last thing to check elitism. In the end of the article, he concludes that proper use of correct language should not be ignored.

In this article, The New York New Times author founds a new definition and view of the written communication; he states that people should stop viewing grammar as some set of rules to be adhered to strictly. His emphasis that grammar binds together all elements of communication and without it, meaning in communication may be lost. He connects this in writing by saying that without proper usage of grammar, we may indefinitely lose the accuracy and the key purpose in writing. Rushkoff highlights that language is preserved and can extend the type of speech used in the future. If gives an example that for anyone to follow and participate in cultural beliefs past over thousand years has solely depended on the individual's ability to either read or write.

Also, he stresses the importance of effective clear writing in many modern jobs. According to him, different skills in writing places various workers in various levels in an organization, since it distinguishes those that can take direct orders from the boss, compose them down and convey it to others. With this remark, he means that only those employees skilled with the art of proper writing are mandated with the task of communicating the organization's policies and recommendations to the others. He then concludes by same that a change in any section in a language directly alters it's meaning, however, the emergence of technology has ensured precision in language. This is an article written by Brock Haussamen a lead author of Grammar alive, explains the main things that make one a good writer. He starts by highlighting that good skills in writing is current a job skill tested by many employees. According to him, the art of writing a grammatically correct language that is free from errors and poor spelling is usually a good indicator of good job skills. He continues by explaining that poor writing in application usually gives the employee the impression that that type of candidate lacks other skills as well. Therefore, this means that most employees look at the applicant's ability to read which is directly reflected in the applicant's quality of writing. Also, good writing indicates that the applicant is a has a good work ethic. Again, the author contradicts and expresses that poor writing does not indicate inability to read correctly meaning that this type of applicant may be very fluent is verbal communication.

Lastly, he concludes the article by stating that "grammar can be best used as a language to talk about language." He therefore recommends in that to grasp the true terminology of the word grammar in order to make the discussion of sentences more easily. Through this method, both the teachers and students can identify the parts that go together and those that do not. And benefit of this method is that through these kind of discussions concerning sentences, and a lot of activities involving reading and writing, the writing skills of all the students will be improved giving them a chance of acquiring a good job in future.
