In the documentary, al-Kataeb films her daily life in Aleppo, Syria, where she gets engaged, married, pregnant, and bears her first child, Sama, under siege. Their religious and cultural practices are on hold due to the on-going conflict in the country. All these are complimentary issues in the politics of the country.
