An army is a susceptible unit in a country. Before one can become an army, he or she has to undergo thorough training. In this training, the recruits are prepared to protect and serve the country. The training process has the purpose of establishing and improving the capabilities of military personnel. You become an army officer the moment you get recruited for the training.

In training, you try specific military roles. In the USA, the necessary training for the army is called United States Army basic training BCT or sometimes referred to as. The initial entry training. Some trainees, go for basic combat training with their advanced individualized training at one place called station unit. Training it is during the training that the seven army rules are inducted into these people (Jackson, 2001). Each of the seven army rules has to be learned by heart because they are the fundamentals of army practice.

There are seven army values. These rules guide the Soldiers during their service to Citizens and the government (Jackson, 2001). The rules are; loyalty, respect, integrity, selfless service. all these seven rules must be read and understood by the soldiers before they graduate from training

Loyalty: These value States, "bear true faith and allegiance to the US Constitution, the army your unit and other soldiers"."To bear the truth means to believe and devote oneself to his duties. Loyalty has to do with being faithful to someone (Jackson, 2001). A loyal soldier supports the leadership of his country and stands up for other soldiers not only in times of difficulties but every time. For instance, wearing the US Army uniform is an expression of loyalty to the army and the country. Being loyal to your duty means doing your responsibility in the right way without being told. Being faithful also means to take instructions and avoid betraying your country

Duty: These values' States fulfill your obligations'.To do your assignment does not intend to carry out assigned roles, but rather, accomplishing the assignments as a team and to do the tasks as correctly as you can (Brinsfield,1998). The US Army is obliged to take combinations of complex mission responsibilities and several duties. The work of an army includes accomplishing tasks as they are assigned. Fulfilling your duty needs should be a part of your unit. Each time, a soldier should shun temptations that lead to violating the value of integrity.

Respect: These value States "treat people as they should be treated." In their service, the soldiers promise to treat people with respect and expect the same in return. It is the respect that gives us the ability to appreciate what is best in humanity. It entails trusting the fact that everyone has accomplished his or her job and fulfilled her duty as an army (Brinsfield,1998). Self-respect is essential in this service. The comes you're the knowledge that you have done; you have done it at your best; the military as a team is supposed to work together towards our goal.

Selfless service: These values States "put the welfare of the nation the army and your subordinates before your own".This value emphasizes selflessness as a service to not just one person but everyone. Troops should serve their countries selflessly, and in doing so, the country progresses. Self-sacrifice in service is a commitment of the soldiers to press on farther to withstand tribulations (Brinsfield,1998). And to confirm if One can add more effort to what he or she is doing.

Honor: These values States, "live up to the army values." In the USA, the highest award in the military is called the' Medal of Honor,' which is awarded to soldiers who make honor their priority. Honor means executing, living as well as acting the duty the right way, loyalty, respect, selfless service, personal courage, integrity, in all your actions.

Integrity: It states, "do what's right legally and morally." Integrity is developed when one adheres to the moral principle. Integrity needs that you do and say nothing to deceive any person (Jackson, 2001). An army should let his integrity grow so that others can trust them. The choices army should be on the grounds of integrity. When an army has integrity. The relationships with the family colleagues and friends become better, and then self-acceptance comes along.

Personal courage: These values' States face the fear of danger or adversity'. An army should be courageous (Jackson, 2001). Courage means you are enduring your physical pain in risking your safety. Moral fear should be discouraged, and an army should surge forward in any circumstance while serving the nation.

These seven values are fundamental in the life of a soldier. The values give direction and motivation to the soldiers so that they work selflessly to serve their country. Any soldier should seek to uphold these values so that they be helpful to society. The values highly discourage mediocrity.
