The five properties, in California, south California Hawaii, and Utah, contain a unique theme, a "spa Montage," and more than 150 guest rooms in each property to fully accommodate their guests (Cision PR NewsWire, 2017).Montage works together with a team of approximately 1001 to 5000 dedicated, experienced, and hospitable employees to ensure the company's mission is pursued.

I chose this company because, besides providing comfort, it also supports organizations that empower the needy, by being involved in areas such as senior citizen care, children's education, and environmental protection. Through the heart of montage, the company welcomes in-kind donations, volunteer and sponsorships from-profit organizations in California to assist more communities. Moreover, the company's growth is, by all means, evident; with an ability to secure dedicated investors and the brand expanding internationally in 2018. Montage hotel and resort has gross revenue approximated at $100 to $500 million (USD) per year (Cision PR NewsWire, 2017).
Conclusion
Montage hotel and resorts positively impact the leisure community by combining some level of modern sensibility and heritage and filling the void between luxury hotel space and lifestyle, to deliver an elevated guest experience.
