As a manager, the entity's primary objective is to attain the best output with the existing resources, workforce, and appropriate technology. I should be able to look after the staff and ensure they have the most conducive working conditions for them to achieve their best output and results. In Kalisza, who has loyally worked for two years in the firm, it would be prudent to understand the cause of her declining performance. I would do thorough investigations to get to the bottom of the issue (Nicholls, 2020). Since Kalisza is part of an LGBTQ personality, it would be unfortunate to fire her based on her identity. The staff enjoyed a cordial relationship with me as we addressed issues openly and transparently. I offered the staff breaks when they seemed worn out and tired (2015). This enabled them to work well and get the best. The proposal was ready within one and a half weeks and way better than we expected. The timing was perfect as the goals were accomplished on time. I savor my success to the principles of management, which I applied impeccably.
