Introduction
Our talk today will be based on knowing and understanding the information on individuals' privacy ownerships and rights. Every person has differentiated rights from other members. Property owned by a person deserves respect by the rest of individuals at large. Proper communications on ones' property is also a mean of respect and it is usually advisable to enroll in such activities. Proprietary rights provide that meaning information that any data on personally identified information should be owned by all commercial organization as it is morally right. However, corporations see personally identifiable data as always personal properties since there are considerations of resources and efforts used to modify them. Different procedures are followed to come up with personally identifiable data. Databases compiling and also algorithms developments provide the applicable and appropriate sources of ensuring the security of the information. According to psychology personal identified data is appropriately used to know and understand human identifications. All characteristic, behaviors, and attitudes are usually recorded on the database's form.
Rights and Ownership
However, each and every personal information describes the kind of who you are thus proper judgments have to be looked at always to avoid contradictions. The idea of ownership should always never be included in the analysis of human identity. The value of information describing ones' personal qualities should never be measured. It is usually not right to make treatments on personal data as proprietary rights that can be owned by the third party according to privacy protection advocates are always present. Furthermore, voluntary informed consents take the tasks of morally legitimating personal identifiable data. One is required to know and identify specific rights and freedoms according to privacy protection advocates where privacy costs plus benefits will help in making decisions whether the exchange of information on ones' ownership is perfectly highlighted.
Theories Arguing About Private Ownership and Rights
However, various theories set by different individuals have come out to explain the character nature and the outlook of personally identifiable data. During the time of economic hardship, there hard arise of different questions concerning wealth inequality among the members of the societies. Neo-Kantian provided the presuppositions that were used by the humans to show up their actions towards inequalities. Political rights at this phase were highly applied which even involved the application of legislative laws. Political philosophy was considered which advocated on the application of moral, fair and just ownership decisions (Shelton, 2016). Human actions had to be first considered to ensure and evaluate the ethical statuses of the ethical phenomenon. The theory advocated by Kantian used to show the analyses of self-ownership and the ownership of property respectively. He also indicated and highlighted that there should be no force initiation in wealth appropriation. The theory knowledge of Kant provided an idea that each and every once reality had to conform to human mind structure. The project had to identify contours of mind structure and the condition on the reality of our experience.
However, another considerable theory is the utilitarian theory where there are indications of knowing and identifying if specific actions are good or bad, moral or immoral, etc. The theory answers the question of using the form of economic analysis that usually focuses on the lives of humans and keenly puts a statement of saying that whatever may result in happiness of humans should always be applied and used (Cartwright-Smith, Gray, & Thorpe, 2016). Various follow-ups are usually done to ensure peaceful living in any given state. Furthermore, John Locke theory, argue on the support of ones' natural rights and property rights. He provided a piece of information that the fruit of ones' labor to be considered as one's own and he/she has really reaped on it. He believed that human nature had to be characterized by tolerance and the reason, he believed that the nature of humans allowed people to be selfish. He seemed to employ unilateral appropriation to make arguments that the rights of that given property had to entail morally binding restrictions. Each member had to bear profitable fruits according to the hard work towards the gain of his/her property.
Outcomes of the Theories
According to the theories discussed above, commercialized and personal identification should always be highly differentiated by the use of moral actions to apply as individual members. Spinello provides that self-regulation is the best pillar to apply instead of over-reliance on government considerations on ownership and privacy rights. The applicable and appropriate theory to apply is the theory that keenly brings out meaningful and understandable ways of property possessions. However, privacy is known to disable the powers of dominant communities and thereafter norm others into the oblivion. Property regime can easily allow people to know and to value their privacy in very many different ways. Some can even place premiums on their privacy and definitely insist on very high levels of confidentialities.
I personally strongly support John Locke's' theory where everyone is motivated to work and depend on the labor of his/her own effort. This will strictly help highlight and record personal identification data concerning achievements experienced. The strongest objection that a person might have concerning my argument, is self-dependence for personal gains and personal privacy. My argument can overcome the objection since favoritism is highly not supported as each and every character have to work for better reap and gain.
