Introduction

The indictable offence to be presented in the jury trial is a rape case. The rape case entails a woman who was abducted from her main driveway and raped. The name of the raped woman is Alysha. In the case of Alysha, she is an a45-year old lady who arrived at the trauma center to be assessed for rape. Alysha returned from her weekend vacation and got abducted, where she was beaten and raped in a repeated manner by a man who is in his mid-20s. The perpetrator, the man who raped Alysha, took Alysha and left her in the location which was far away from her residence. Even if Alysha was scared, ratted to her core, and exhausted, she managed to walk to the nearby house where she acquired assistance. Alysha was brutally beaten, covered in abrasions and cuts. Alysha was then transported to the nearby trauma center whereby a crisis employee was responsible for showing Alysha compassion and care through using sympathy and empathy towards her as she led her through the entire procedure of rape examination. When Alysha arrived at the local trauma center, the first person to encounter was a woman who was employed with the domestic violence and rape crisis center. The employee successfully used her training in calming of Alysha and assisted in putting her at ease through letting her understand how brave she was for deciding to speak up. The worker intended to help Alysha in establishing an alliance which would help in promoting trust and turning of the experience by Alysha into a more positive one. Following an incidence of rape, the victims frequently feel several emotions which include shock, disbelief, depression, fear, anger, insomnia or anxiety.

To add on this, Wilbur proves that he can maintain his driving skills which means that he has crucial experience that is relevant in dealing with social issues.

One of the jurors that I would exclude from the jury is Dougie Williams. Dougie is a former kickboxing champion, and he brews his wine. In the life of Dougie, he has been involved in activities that are mostly opposed by many people in society. For instance, many people do not promote brewing industries.

The other juror that I would exclude from the jury is James Nakai. James Nakai is a student and is single. Therefore, James Nakai seems to be having inadequate experience when it comes in dealing with related matters. It is difficult for an individual who is single to have a well understanding about socialization.

The other juror I would exclude from the jury is Paula Cohen. Paula Cohen is a civil servant who has never been outside her birthplace. This makes Paula Cohen less exposed in different environments as she has not interacted with many people from different places.
