Introduction

Effective leadership involves authentic leadership. It means that they should set viable projects in which they are ready to provide all materials needed. They should provide the finances required and be prepared to involve themselves in those projects until successful. We should consider both ways when setting up plans for commercial success. People from the administration, clinical practice, and others from the vendor should be brought to work together on projects.
In this partnership, the role of vendors is to offer knowledge and appropriate incentives. They also have supply chain management and skills which give insight into health care. They are digitalized and initiate in many institutions. Lastly, by observing clinical services, they may advise customers to make decisions that may reduce costs. Vendor's incentives together with other actors in the healthcare may include; transparency, shared decision making, pooled budgets, and a sense of personal responsibility. Other stakeholders like Government and regulatory bodies ensure better activities in healthcare by enforcing people to abide by the law. Third-party payers pay for products and services in healthcare, which benefits patients.
Supply-side challenges commonly overwhelm what should be a demand-side focus on what is valuable for patients.
Stakeholders aim at giving quality and innovative services. The significant problems affecting this sector are; lack of funds and skills, reduced use of resources, and fragmentation of healthcare systems.
Fighting Fragmentation in Healthcare
Home healthcare is one of the most critical sectors in the world. Progress has been detected compared to past years in the healthcare sector. They teach people how to stay healthy, solve significant health problems, reducing immortality rate for infants, and leading to longer lives. The introduction of new drugs, devices, clinical procedures, and fitness programs has improved healthcare. Even with the provision of the necessary items, there have been challenges in equity, efficiency, and health outcomes. An organization like the Commonwealth provides funds and carries out research. Through that, the health unit will be better. Though at different intervals depending on the country.
