Corporate culture is evident in the policies practiced by the organization. Schmid, Thomas, et al. (2015) argues that there are prevalent values, theories, and attitudes that characterize corporate culture (302). The TechFite Company invests more in their employees which is an element of corporate culture in an organization. From the scenario, it is evident that TechFite company is a culture of factory collaboration. The TechFite organization reveals the culture of corporate since the advancement of the infrastructure, the introduction of youth development programs which are meant to upgrade the standards of living to the community. Furthermore, the company has documented that culture is ideal to talent preservation by supporting community events and rebuilding the city of Dellberg through improvement of infrastructure in the area (Raineri, Nicolas, &Pascal Paille 136).

Additionally, from the scenario, the employee training policy is reflected in the organization structure. The TechFite Company has set programs which aim to equip its employees with an acquaintance and attain new-fangled skills to improve on the quality of their job. This is evident since from the case study, TechFite Company is widely known from its workplace collaboration to inspiring employee's empowerment. An organization with a good training policy to its employees results in maximum profit yield and enjoys large economies of scale.

Furthermore, Wozniak (2018) argues that wages policy reflects the organization culture and ethical lookout of the company (19). Employee wage is the total amount of money paid to the employees by the employer for the service rendered. Nature of the job, working hours may influence the wage rates in an organization. From the case study regardless of the investment made by the company and prospect of new occupations, the employees have shown to complain about the little wages and benefits they get from the organization. Also, the organization is displeasing to the promises made to the city administrators. For a firm to be successful, workers need motivation, and in this scenario, TechFite Company should stand up to the needs of its employees in- order to compete with other firms and accrue maximum profit (Wozniak 22).

Distinguish Between Ethical and Legal Issues

According to Dingwall et al. (2016) Law is rules and standards formed by the administrative organization of a nation to govern the entire society. The aim of creating these set of rules and regulations is to uphold social order, unity, justice in the community and safeguarding the public interest. Every subject is destined to shadow the law. Additionally, ethics is a division of moral attitude that directs people on what is virtuous or wrong. The moralities guide people in making decisions concerning what is precise or erroneous. Ethics is encryption of conduct which is adopted by persons on how individuals should live and interrelate with others in society.

Crane, Andrew, and Dirk (2016) argue that ethical issues are naturally derived from individual feelings and decisions of what is either correct or wrong (45). These emotional- state are not worldwide approved upon. Business ethics contains principles that an individual will practice to prove which choice is appropriate to use. For example, an ethical issue in business includes unethical behavior that leads to misuse of public funds. Moreover, legal issues derive from immoral verdict which is understood to go against legal standards set by the ruling body or an organization. Legal issues ascend due to non-compliance with the ideologies of law which can be measured as felony against the law. The offense done is punishable by the rules and regulation set by the governing body in an organization.

In the scenario, TechFite Company exercises its legal mandate by creating more part-time job compared to the full- time basis. This enables them to maximize their profit generation since they will spend less on paying employees who work rationally compared to all-time basis. Additionally, the employees of the TechFite Cmpany will be ethically exploited since they will be limited on the reimbursements, which they may accrue working on a full-time basis.

Analysis of Ethical Issues

In the scenario, there is an emergence of conflict of interest between the management of the company and employees. The organization morals of charity to the community is not overseen from the case study since the employees are complaining about low wages and limited working hours while on the other hand, the company is advantageous since it is maximizing profit from low out-flows. For example, the benefits to be given to its employees and adequate working hours are not met. Additionally, from the context, resources which are meant to improve the standards of living of the employees and society in whole is looted by the executives who tend to get higher earnings, yet they are believed to pocket-friendly salaries.

Purpose of Ethics Officer

Pozgar and George (2019) state that an ethics officer is a professional individual in an organization who is authorized to build a stout ethical culture in an organization and usually reports to the chief executive officer(19). The officer has a prime role in preventing the creation of monopolies, limitation of competition which are pro-competitive regulations endorsed to boost competition and avert activities that confine trade.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate social responsibility is a method in which an organization is accountable for the community and ecological effects of their corporate operation. According to Crowther (2018), corporate social responsibility programs enable organizations to demonstrate their moral business obligations by giving back to society (31). Organizations considering both environmental and social factors that environ the firm's structure safeguard the business from potential risk such as losing consumers for not implementing environmental and social issues. The TechFite Company in the scenario implements its social responsibility by sponsoring society events which are meant to nurture leadership skills to the youth and improve the infrastructure of Dellberg which is environmentally friendly in the transformation of the city (Crowther, David, & Shahla Seifi, eds 48)

Ethical Desirability of Improving Company Reputation

TechFite company leadership in the scenario has realized there are ethical issues that are undermining their corporate culture and hence a plan needs to be implemented to improve the company status to the community. This is evident after the relationship between the employees and the management started to decline when the workers began to protest about the few working hours with low wages, and limited benefits on their work are done. Additionally, there is ethical desirability by TechFite Company to improve the company reputation since a lack of community involvement in organization operation is undermining its objective of promoting corporate culture to the society.

Ethical, Social and Environment Responsible Course of Action

The board of management of TechFite Company should arise with the course of action which reflects ethical, social and environmental factors to end dispute among its employees and the management to satisfy the business culture and its central values effectively. Furthermore, this will improve the operation of the company both internally and externally thereby maximizing profit for the company and enabling the organization to give back to the community.

The problem arising from big bonuses given to the top executives who tend to generate more income should be eliminated. Moreover, the gifts should be used as a motivation factor to both classes of the workforce. The outstanding individual should be rewarded after every financial year. This will be ethical since the performance of the individual will have to be rewarded and not the class that one belongs. Socially, both top officials and juniors in the workforce will be equally appreciated for their performance (Dingwall et al. 68). Through motivation of employees, TechFite Company will generate more income which can be used to improve environmental and development of Dellberg city.

The company should involve the community especially the youth of Dellberg city who will be tasked to assist in community activities brought by the company as a way of giving back to the community. Unemployed youth in the society will generate income from these activities which in return can improve their standards of living (Crowther, David, & Shahla Seifi, eds 40). Additionally, the involvement of the youth in organizations activities will be advantageous to the firm operation since there will be a relation of both parties and the management can acquire ideas on what the society needs and implement on the arising issues. This will enable the company to get confidentiality from the community which would play a major role in the success of the business.

The company should address wages and working hour's issues. TechFite should arise with a way of reducing the earnings of its top officials who in the scenario they tend to get both bonuses and higher incomes (Schmid et al. 287). The deducted money from the officials may be therefore used in investment and development of Dellberg city. This would be a chance for TechFite company to redeem itself from unsuccessful promises of financing the infrastructure and development of Dellberg city. Also, it would be an environmentally friendly motive for the company to take.

How the Course of Action is Ethical, Social and Environmental Responsible

It is an ethical point of view of awarding the outstanding performances to both employees by not marginalizing some this will make every member of TechFite Company to feel appreciated (Dingwall et al. 70). Both junior and senior employees of the company will have a chance to interact on these occasions of awarding top officials creating a socially responsible environment.

Involvement of youth in organization activities it is ethical since the company is giving back to the community by creating job opportunities to the society. Environmentally, the development of society is achieved, and the youth involved in these activities get to improve social life by improving their standards of living.

It is ethically upright by reducing the earnings of top officials who tend to earn more and instead use the money in community development (Dingwall et al. 72). The improvement of infrastructure in the city is environmentally responsible action taken by the organization. Through these generous activities done by the company the society will accept and will be willing to promote company operations which in return will influence the success of the firm.
