There is always a mammoth task in a merger scenario. Also, the same factors will ensure that all employees know what is expected of them. Moreover, the code of conduct ought to have the safety of the employees, the workers, the environment as well as the companies. It ought to have a fair process of bidding and awarding in addition to seeking the consent and understanding of the clients before altering the project's objective and scope.
