Currently, most business infrastructure is embracing the use of innovation as a utility that promotes acute trade outcome. Additionally, innovation has enabled most of the business systems to establish long-term and short-term goals as a means of creating critical returns (Craig, 2017). Moreover, according to the survey conducted by Accenture, roughly 60 percent of the enterprises in the U.S hire chief innovators, and nearly 90 percent of these companies implement the support of technology as a means of establishing acute innovative outcome. Research indicates that there are different ways establishments can achieve innovation, for example, the Forbes Coaches Council (2017) suggest that there are various ways of approaching innovation, for example, turning and changing the mindset of employees as well as management. Next, the same council embraces elements such as creating a culture of innovation, celebrating failure, maximizing on the capabilities of the existing team, focusing on the products and services, and thinking outside the box (Forbes Coaches Council, 2017). In other words, productive businesses have developed and implemented creative mindsets, by ensuring the entire organization culture perform according to the company policies and targets.

There are various ways of ensuring an organization implements and develops creative employee recruitment. First, with the advanced implementation of innovation in most business firms, it is ideal to initiate creative tension (Cancialosi, 2017). The element of pressure is this aspect relies on the ability of the organization to employ managers and executives with the qualities to ensure and embrace career development. Each recruited candidate needs to confirm that they obtain the skills to establish achievable long-term and short-term goals (Craig, 2017). Moreover, these employees need to enhance and seek out potential markets and opportunities. Next, recruitment not only needs to seek awareness towards an identified business but also explore additional information on focusing on the new picture (Forbes Coaches Council, 2017). In other words, there is no need to recruiting those with a fixed mindset on their obligations and roles within a firms operation, but employ those with advanced abilities to exercises critical thing and analysis to deduce various mechanisms and approaches towards creating measures that assist in the growth and development of the organization (Forbes Coaches Council, 2017).

A leader's mindset is an essential tool since it defines the individual's attitude and behavior towards various norms and practical skills in handling organization-related issues. Moreover, it is a utility that marks the differentiating line between how to establish critical thinking and innovation since it arouses curiosity, judgment abilities, tolerance, courage, and attentiveness (Sloane, 2007). Leadership is an element that creates plans that effectively assist in the daily operation of an organization. The best way of developing such a leader is by ensuring that the leader in question re-humanizes his/her tasks (Cancialosi, 2017). Innovation is a platform that focuses on creativity and vulnerability and most stakeholders feel safe once when a firm or a leader's initiative fails as a means of achieving creativity and vulnerability; thus, in simple terms, these individuals need to consider and prioritize humanity as the core of an organization's operation (Craig, 2017). Other elements of developing leadership revolve the attributes of the person to foster trust intentionally, learn, create space for development, and consider current behavior as a scheme to prevent human failure and risk. Next, leaders need to create employee personas by establishing the unique qualities of each employee and using it as a strength to increase productivity.

The company mission statement enhances that all organization personnel must be motivated to establish and strengthen new ideas to create an innovative culture (Cancialosi, 2017). The primary purpose of the report is to illustrate that all company personnel needs to think outside the box and critically analyze issues before deducing a solution to the problem (Forbes Coaches Council, 2017). Also, all staff is provided the opportunity to try new ideas as a means of survival as well as growth; thus, establish innovation as a means of finding more permanent solutions to problems. The main reason as to why the mission statement drives towards promoting innovation is to ensure that the business establishes a competitive advantage by increasing the scope of financial return (Sloane, 2007). Next is also encourages the element that all the personnel will receive all the required support by the management and other stakeholders to promote creative thinking and establish a contemporary means of conducting business that offers acute profit levels.

To conclude, organization innovation has brought about new business standards since it dictates that platform used to recruit new employees and interferes with how organization operations are conducted. Next, it has been used to create most of the mission statements since it establishes common grounds that support competitive advantage; thus, making it an essential element that drives the success of an enterprise. Ideally, much has been written to explain organization innovation, but the most critical sector is its influence on decision making and establishing grounds used to run a firm/business. Change has and is being used to determine the norms of training leaders globally. Finally, change helps in identifying the market trends and standards; thus, assisting stakeholders to understand the price scale of its products and services.
