The reason given on how Bush approached this issue is also suitable as he enforced the federal government to crack down all the medical marijuana dispensaries, which was an operation carried across the nation. One of my colleague's grid that I would revise is on how Barrack Obama administration approached the issue of Marijuana. This is because, at first, all the states were allowed to legalize the drug, and the government was not supposed to interfere with the State's business on the drug. His administration later gave out rules that the patients using the drugs were supposed to provide signed forms from their physicians'. This then changed to his administration focusing on prevention of the drug, which was not in line with his agenda.
