They will be able to deliver their respective duties, such that there shall be the optimal performance of the employees in their respective units, that will collectively lead to the substantial and quality output which will put the organization at par as being competitive in the industry in which it operates in. The employees would have thus contributed immensely to the overall performances of the organization, as assisted by their careful employment based on the available strategic job analysis provided by the organization to act as the roadmap to the employees and the recruiting panel.
For the case of the strategic human resource management, there shall be the effective coordination of activities. In this case, the department will be in a position to allocate the job duties and responsibilities to various employees in the various department such that there shall be no instances of confusion. The existence of the well laid down strategic job analysis will see to it that the managers will direct pressure to the responsible employees, which will also try to maintain the effective functionalities in their parts thus bringing about efficiency in the working of the organizational activities.
