The purpose of the investigation to come up with this report was to understand how the management can manage its operations. It was immediately after the company established the system of operating multinational. The aim of the report suggests the possible methods for the well running of the business. The business is required to come up with some rules that will be followed to ensure that there are no confusions brought once the system is affected or executed. The process that was used to come up with these ideas included, staff meeting.
The meeting was called, and no staff was supposed to miss. They were all briefed of what the meeting was about earlier before they arrived. By doing this, they made sure that everyone was prepared to share their objections to make sure that the business operations would be successful. The meeting was supposed briefly focus on that main agenda which was, how would the business manage the multinational enterprises. After all the officials had arrived for the meeting, they were advised to come up with their suggestions. This suggestion was recorded so that they would choose the important among them and apply the skill.
Every member came up with their suggestion, and from these opinions, here were the findings on how everything would be successful. The team asked for a better method of communications. They as well requested that there should be proper means of transport provided. They proposed to avail themselves all the time to help their clients. The reviewing of the employees was also added (Doz, 2016). They lastly included the local entity requirements. These included inter-entity transactions.
For the multinational operations to run correctly, the company or the business is obligated to come up with proper communication methods. Communication is one essential requirement that can determine whether the business will be successful or not. Communications are made daily to the customers as well as to the staff. The customers who are from remote places need to communicate so that they can get some services from the business. Therefore, this should at firs be effective to both the staff as well as the customers (Doz, 2016). Despite there being proper communication methods, the business is obliged to have the customer cares who are supposed to help the customers. These customer cares are supposed to be available all the time since the customers are always available and may need to get assisted at any time. The customer will feel contented if their issue is handled with no delays.
Proper means of transportation was also an objective. Most of the customers can request a service form the business, and they are not close to the place the company is located. Therefore, the available agents can aid, and utilizing proper transport system; they will reach out to the customer. The customer always fees well once they are helped from their zones of comfort (Butler, 2016). The management should improve the methods of transportation for such cases. The employees in the business were also required to be evaluated. Those who had the best services would be motivated. That way, the others will get committed to working harder to understand motivations.
Conclusion
Lastly, the local entity requirement that included the inter-entity transactions were essential. Any business operating multinational is supposed to ensure that they have checked on their payments methods. The methods are also supposed to be approved by the authorities involved and observing the tax strategies.
