Drug arrests have a lasting and profound result concerning the well being and health of persons found in criminal activities as well as their communities and families (Mitchell & Caudy, 2015). Seizures of the drug have been seen to deteriorate the current health situations and have decelerated the rate to access the resources required for good health. There is a need to identify the reasons behind racial disparity in the arrest of drug and develop strategies that can minimize racial inequities in unlawful justice exposure (Mitchell & Caudy, 2015). By understanding the effects of racism on organizations that provide healthcare and criminal justice, we can put more effort into addressing those organizational systems not only dealing with people (Mitchell & Caudy, 2015). The main aim of this essay is to explain the disparities in drug arrest by race.

The research could be useful to people who have just finished school and to racially biased communities. After school, some people don't have much to do, and they may be involved in cases of using drugs (Rehavi, & Starr, 2014). They can be sensitized through launching programs to help them understand the effects of drugs and the consequences of involvement. Communities should be educated about their role in law enforcement activities (Nicosia MacDonald & Arkes, 2013). They should provide information about those people who are involved in illicit drugs-whether selling or using and those that are involved in criminal activities to help in arresting drugs. Issues to do with the disparity in arresting drug can be addressed adequately through changing drug regulations and enforcement strategies that can encourage community stability (Nicosia MacDonald & Arkes, 2013).

In conclusion, Arrests of the drug have been found to deteriorate the current health situations and has decelerated the rate to access the resources required for good health. There is a need to identify the reasons behind racial disparity in the arrest of drug and develop strategies that can minimize racial inequities in unlawful justice exposure. The research can be useful to both local communities and youths that have just completed school.
