Introduction
The web is a complex of interconnected elements. A British computer scientist created the web and a software engineer Sir Tim Berners-Lee. Some webs which were established at the before have now been abandoned. Some of these webs include the Google answers, a website that was mainly for answering questions online. Those who did not know or did not want to research on their own paid some online researchers to do them for some cash. Google Answers was launched in April 2002 and was then shut down by Google after four years. Yahoo! The auction was also a web that failed in 2003 after it was launched in 1998. The website currently operates in Hong Kong, Japan, and Taiwan but for the rest of the world, it has never served since 2003. The other dead webs that once existed are Babelfish, Heat.net, second life and del.icio.us (Laine, 2017).
Some of the factors that make some webs to succeed while others fail is the brand recognition of the company. Identification of customers helps so much in building a website. A company that recognizes its customers is likely to succeed than that that do not. Some of the ways that a web company is supposed to acknowledge its customers are through maintenance of professional standards, the competition of orders and offering excellent customer service. Besides, the success of a web is determined by the customer unity of the consumers of the company's services. If the customers are loyal to the company, they will develop other customers'' interest to use the website, hence increasing its productivity, something that raises the possibility of success of the business. The other factor is the quality if the website and the services they offer. For a web to be successful, it must be informative, easily navigable, and easy to understand and the most important it should be attractive. The company should make sure that it installs the digital strategies for marketing such as content marketing, SEO, and SEM.
Social networks are just forms of communication through electronic gadgets. In this kind of communication, users must create some online connection to help them share some information, personal messages, or even ideas. From internal the business approach, the changes I the landscape would affect such things as the advertising techniques in the business. The advertising modes and methods change with the change in time and social-cultural modifications. The internal environment of the business is also critical as it affects its relationship with the customers and suppliers. It also determines the business relationship with its social-cultural factors. The demographic change is another crucial factor in businesses. This is the changes in the markets for popular music and fashions due to the changes in the population size and composition (Carlstrom, 2018).
Conclusion
From the user's perspective, the changing landscape has also changed the marketing as the users of specific products have been learning about their existence on social media hence increasing the products' market desire. Also, the customers have been shown how to use particular products on instead of looking for experts to teach them. From the above arguments, it can be noted that the web has existed in the past and has now continued to give essential services to its users. It has drastically helped businesses grow and individuals to find solutions to particular problems and assistance to tasks.
