Introduction

The lately political upheaval in the American politics intensification is directly inclined to the dissolution of old ideological lines, and the changing economy demands thus an awakening call for social construct. Recently, different great thinkers proposed a for new political synthesis set of policy that resonates to the approaches that favor people's rights alongside with amicable solutions (Smith 12). The correlation between democracy and justice in political thoughts and ideologies is historical. However, the contemporary reality of liberal democracies is contentious and meaningless hence the need for a rethinking of the better social construct. On a personal viewpoint, the fundamental ideas and the line of thoughts of the ancient philosophy of classical liberalism are substantial and logical and thus my preferred theory of justice and democracy. Classical liberal or liberalism theory briefly can be described as a socio-economic based theory, a political ideology, and philosophy that advocates for civil liberties by the rule of law with a critical emphasis on economic freedom. The two theories social liberalism and classical liberalism emerged from the mother theory liberalism and interacts in collectives against authority graph where liberty and equality being the primary variables.

In the political world, though closely related to the classical democracy, they differ in the sense that liberalism embraces mixed democracy deeply rooted in a republic with an evident alienation of government's power, balances, and checks. In a broader viewpoint, liberalisms reject the individual political powers as well as the purported social collectivist nature and satisfaction of church states and monarchies (Orren et al., 18). Therefore, one can deduce that the theory's central ideology is that it is a philosophy where individualism and liberty come before equality despite equality and freedom being some of the theory's chief virtues.

Implementation of Classical Liberalism

Consequently, because of the modernism and civilization that has engrossed the contemporary societies, it is cumbersome to implement these ancient and antique ideology and line of thought. However, adequately coordinated and well-planned strategies with the appropriate inclusion of ideas to the right people in the right place. Opposition from the conflicting ideologies will be a hindrance to the implementation. Thus the first step would be excellent awareness creation about the benefits of the doctrine over the others (Raico 32). Intense complaints and lobbying for people to embrace the idea with a full education and awareness creation will change people's attitude and beliefs towards classical liberalism. In that, way the ideology will not face much opposition from anti-liberalism groups such as the aristocrats and monarchs.

Socio-Political Issue and Proposed Changes

The American sadden political upheavals has culminated into numerous sociological problems ranging from, ineffective governance to, issues of gender roles and disparity, electoral and freedom rights violations, immigration, to terrorism, police brutality and income inequality. Since the classical liberalism upholds the rule of law and individualism, culture-based issues such as gender roles that undermine a segment of the society should be history. Due to gender roles, issue women are discriminated both in the place of work and in the political realm. Therefore, I uphold the gender rule or the equity and equality rule it will not only the current women political and professional discrimination but also solve many issues such as income inequality (Smith 29).

The inefficient governance that has left some groups in the country vulnerable and less fortunate dilapidated, hence embarking on illegal actions such as terrorism is made history with the implementation of classical theory. Therefore, I support and give much credit the supremacy of the people, where the power and decision making is centered on the people hence the wish of the majority always is in the best of individuals.

Groups and Classes Affected by the Proposed Changes

Classical liberalism in totality is a democratic ideology featured to benefit every individual. However, with the current economic state where the economic and political powers are vested in the hands of a few elites, its effects are directed to specific target groups. The people who will be positively affected by the proposed changes are majorly the less vulnerable in the society that includes the destitute and the women (Von and Bettina 22). The reforms will increase the number of women in the workplaces and political world and decrease crimes such as terrorism since everyone will be economically empowered.

Organizations, Political and Structural Changes for the Implementations

Some of the organization that is instrumental in this process includes mostly the humanitarian organization. For instance, the United States Commission on civil rights together with federals state commission will be quite useful in the implementation of the policies and applying strategies and connect with the people on the ground. With the top bottom enforcement, the policies and law reforms with all the arms of government in place should enforce laws and policies that foster change to the current social status from the state government to the federal to the local governments. Amend laws that promote equality and equity regardless of race and gender (Lal 40).

How the Changes Affect Life

The current political mayhem in the United States is perpetuated by the dissolution of useful ideology in the political arena alongside unpredictable social dynamics. In agreement with the prominent thinkers on the land, I prefer classical liberalism as the best social construct and solution to the current prevailing problems in the society (Orren et al., 46).

Personally, the construct will influence my life positively in the sense that as a citizen my rights will be protected since priority to individual freedom in economy, political and social life are the core of the ideology. As citizen issues to gender discrimination, income inequalities will be solved by the implementation. The liberty over the authority state will bequeath me a conducive environment to thrive in my economic activity reasonably as well as national decision-making as the power is vested in the hands of the public (Raico 45).

Possible Adverse Outcomes of Classical Liberalism

With the removal of political power in this, case the government in the equation, the authority in the market is lost, and there is never a market that can formulate itself in the best position formation if left to operate on its own. Additionally, less authority on the economic activities opens for the natural resources exploitation. However, the above constraints can be solved by coming up with a council or a body consisting of elite members to settle disputes and enforce full force of law to the offenders and lawbreakers (Von and Bettina 38)

Conclusion

In conclusion, the current America political issues are because of erosion of essential governance ideologies. The contemporary society faces different socio-political challenges and sporadic changes that the current capitalism cannot amicably solve. Therefore, the need of the ancient social constructs classical liberalism.
