Introduction

Romantic love is the likelihood of involving in a sexual attraction based on decision-making skills and self-control. Dating can be an indication of romantic love since people portray prudential relationships to enjoy mutual pleasure (Huber et al., 2016). In romantic relationships, a person benefits emotional because it brings joys, especially when intimacy is healthier. Love is powerful because it makes one avoid depressions associated with stress, hate, and denial. Romantic love is exercised by men and women, where sex is used to strengthen the relationship. Rational love is a kind of intimate relations that is associated with parents, teachers, friends, or any other close person. Every person needs rational love to provide them with self-identity as well as live happily. Hence, from the case of Pia, she demonstrated romantic love because she hooked with her boyfriend, who impregnated her and made her drop school without attaining her dreams or destiny. Therefore, Pia was supposed to portray rational love to her colleagues, and parents until she completes the institutions.

The Labels That Are Given to Pia by Her Parents Have the Potential to Impact Pia

Pia reports that her parents are disgraced, furious, and embarrassed for her failure. The label she is given from her parents, such as failure, disrespect, and failure, makes Pia unable to achieve absolutely in her life. Parents' blessings are essential since they give one self-drive or motivation to work extra hard. I believe that parents should teach their children the importance of maintaining sexual purity, especially during adolescence and schooling, to give them ample time to excel academically. Therefore, the label that parents give Pia affects her life because they even forbid her from meeting her boyfriend, who could take responsibility for her pregnancy. For instance, Pia lives with stress associated with her parental denial or hatred, as well as her lost boyfriend.

Three Positive Attributes That Pia Has to Point Out Her Strengths and Build Her Self-Esteem

Pia has patience because she works hard in school to achieve a dream. Pia has also facing parental embarrassment and threats because she fails to meet even a close boyfriend due to rules or regulations imposed on her. Moreover, irrespective of academic failure, she patiently proceeds with learning without dropping from school. So, Pia should become more patient and persevere to accomplish her dreams to build reputations and self-efficacy (Zastrow et al., 2016). Secondly, Pia is hardworking since, basing on history, she was excelled in high school, both academically and athletics. It means that Pia has been a performer from childhood because she performs at a higher institution level. The last attribute is that Pia is a multi-tasker where Pia coupes with both parents and school changes. Also, she maintains her boyfriend and works hard in school until she is almost graduating.

Conflict Resolution Strategy

Every conflict needs to be resolved for the appropriate action to be taken among both parties. For example, Pia has been facing issues from her parents due to detraining in an academic grade where her parents’ term her as a failure and disrespectful. So, the first strategy for conflict resolution is accommodating, which ensures that all parties are satisfied, that is Pia, and her parents irrespective of the past incidence or encounter. Secondly, comprising would help the parents and Pia to accept the mistakes and proceed with their lives as usual. The last conflict resolution strategy is collaborating, which ensures, the appropriate solution is introduced to ensure Pia and her Parents are working closely without intimidating or accusing her.
