Both Muri and Mura have a desire for the Lean production system. Although their reasons as to why they are so much into this system of Production may differ, at least we are aware that the system offers less to produce more and every business person will love and enjoy this benefit. To any organization that is ready to apply this method of Production, it means only less will be used to provide a vast number of products (Tayyab & Sarkar, 2016). According to most of the companies, they usually have a fixed price of a product, and sometimes it may fall. Also, clients are very powerful, and they normally make their choices about a particular product. They can even go ahead to demand an improvement in the quality of a certain product, as well as a reasonable price of a product. When a company applies this system of Production, it should be ready for these issues to arise if it does not follow the required steps. However, if the seven 'wastes' are not handled well, the management should be ready to reduce the cost of products because the production rate will be expected to increase daily, and this will help in avoiding overproduction and unnecessary inventory.

Toyota production system (TPS) is one of the greatest and doing well organizations in the world. One of the philosophy which is applied in this organization is its interaction with the customers as well as suppliers. This system, which is normally used by Toyota company, is usually regarded as lean manufacturing. The reason why Toyota company have been doing so well after implementation of the Lean system as compared to other organizations, it's because the (TPS) helps in eradicating 'waste' which may affect Production (Lodge, 2017). Although the 'waste' may be different from one company to the other, many manufacturing organizations have similar 'waste'. These 'wastes' are the main problems that affects other organizations and stop them from achieving their goals, as they are not at any time managed or eliminated. In the case of Toyota company, it highly applies some strategies to reduce and eliminate each 'waste' effect; thus, improving its production performance as well as the quality (Dennis, 2016). For example, inappropriate processing is one of the 'waste' that affects a company. Most organizations normally use expensive equipment where simple tools can be applied. For the case of Toyota company, it's well-known to use low-cost automation; thus, reducing inappropriate cost (Chiarini, Baccarani & Mascherpa, 2018). Another reason is; most of the organizations are overproducing their products. This is whereby companies manufacture their products before there are required in the market. To avoid this issue, Toyota Company only manufactures an item when it's needed.

Conclusion

To sum up, the Lean production system it's essential to manufacturing companies. However, the management should be in a position to observe the seven 'wastes' to prevent the company from being affected by these implementations. In case an organization adheres and applies these implementations as required, more profit will be received using less capital, labor, and time.
