Other individuals in the team perceive it ideal for leaders to possess a good sense of people and friendliness when working with teams. Besides, others emphasize on being straightforward and ensure they get what they want irrespective of whether they make other people annoyed. In addition, some prefer gaining the confidence of the people through working together with communities whereas others lay significant emphasis on solving any challenges that appear on their way of doing things (Capella University, 2016).
Based on the diversity of communication skills among the team members, leading them poses significant challenges irrespective of whether one is leading a spontaneous neighborhood committee or responding to a disaster affecting an entire city.
