Globalization enables working in the international stage, thus internationalization of the American policies. Devolution entails the transfer of the federal power, responsibilities, and property to local authorities. Therefore, the federal government needs to develop sustainable plans for managing public programs in both the devolved and globalized settings. Scholarly references back arguments in Efrain Robles' post; hence the post is rich in content and academic.

I support Efrain Robles' argument that to deal with the federalism changes, the American government used management tools such as network model, jurisdiction based model, donor-recipient model, and top-down model (Agranoff and McGuire 2001, 671). The donor-recipient models have been practiced for decades, but the network model and the jurisdiction based model are emerging in the intergovernmental coordination scene. I find the argument by Ferkaluk, who argues that with devolution, there is deceased responsibility and accountability by the federal government since there is a shift of accountability and responsibility to state or local governments, as debatable since the federal government holds state and local governments accountable for devolved programs (Ferkaluk 2020, 1). In the last part of Efrain Robles' post, there is a clear connection between what Christians believe to be the end of times and the intergovernmental management trends. The Christian perspective is also supported by Biblical reference hence making the post scholarly.

The decrease in accountability and responsibility is something that should never be tolerated since it leads to the misuse of the available resources, oppression of the less fortunate and the enriching of the already rich in the corrupt society. However, as stated in this post, as Christians, we are expected to persevere to the end since, in Matthew 24:13, it is promised that the ones who will have the courage to endure will be saved. Therefore, a change in federal policies that promote efficiency is likely to impact governance positively. However, with the creation of the intergovernmental network, accountability and responsibility are likely to be crucial to excellent governance.
