The Current State of Ez-Pleeze

The company's current state calls for the need to have another strategic plan that would last for the next three years. The main goal of the company is to be among the top three producers when it comes to beef and chicken production. The company has a marketing culture and hierarchical structure. Employees development and inclusion defines the culture of the organization. Additionally, leading innovation and technology in the beef and chicken industry also form a crucial part of the company's culture. As a result of the massive investment in research and development, the company has managed to come up with various ways of preventing salmonella by lowering the genetically modified organisms within their products. However, the finances have been constrained by these huge investments hence inhibiting the ability of the organization to expand globally.

The mission statement is appropriate, and it indicates what a good mission statement should have as it shows the type of services and products they produce. This is very straightforward and simple. On the other hand, the vision statement is unclear and does not clearly describe the aspiration of the company. It does not express the values of the company with absolute clarity.

The SWOT Analysis

Various factors that influence the company both internally and externally are well pinpointed in the SWOT analysis. For instance, it identifies the strength of the organization, such as the excellent customer service provided by the company, the weakness of the organization such the financial instability. These recommendations include the implementation plan, the various resources needed, and the ultimate rationale for supporting its execution. The strategic recommendations for EZ-Pleeze include to get a global expansion, to apply the technology at its disposal in order to gain a competitive advantage over the other beef competitors in the market. Lastly, the company should endeavour to offer healthy products to all the consumers in order to increase customer loyalty and expand their base. The provided timeline for the global expansion is by April 1, 2021, and this would be crucial in improving the revenue generated.

The company should be able to gain the competitive advantage over other beef competitors in the market by the end of the month, and this will help the organization acquire the trust of the consumers hence enabling the company to grow. The recommended period for this to be achieved is between April 1, 2020, and June 1, 2020. The final recommendation entails encouraging the company to produce more healthy chicken products that will be crucial for customer retention and enhancing their loyalty. The recommended timeline is from June 1, 2020, to September 1, 2020. By implementing the recommendations, EZ-Pleeze will be able to increase their customer base and increase the level of consumer satisfaction. In order to ensure successful implementation of the recommendations, the senior executives will have to take firm control and ensure all the plans fall into place. The recommendations will help the company recover at a quicker rate, and achieve their vision as planned.
