Introduction

The strategic goal of this proposal is to cease cyberbullying among students in our learning setting. Cyberbullying refers to the constant use of mobile phones, computers, and other electronic communication gadgets to terrorize and disturb other gadget users (Kowalski, Limber, & Agatston, 2012). This is done through fake messages, electronic mails, and instant messaging on websites. Even though information technology has numerous advantages linked to it, it causes many problems that would cause harm and depression to students. Depression and harassment in an educational sector result in low performance (Hunter, 2011). Hence, it is crucial for learning institutions to develop strategies that will prevent cyberbullying and reduce the threats associated with information technology.

Preventing cyberbullying will reduce the factors that undermine the process of learning by distracting the student's conscience (Cassidy, Brown, & Jackson, 2012). As a workplace educator, I created a plan that will be applied to our learning institution to prevent cyberbullying. This proposal will derive strategies that will help solve this problem. The strategy will begin with providing the students with techniques of describing their concerns to the learning institution. Upon receiving the reports, the staff members, together with the parent or guardian, will evaluate the information. This evaluation will pave a way to address the issue in distinct ways by gathering evidence to back the allegation.

Logic Model for the Proposed Program

Inputs Activities Outputs Outcomes Impact

Several inputs are needed to accomplish our set activities: Addressing our problem will require the following activities: The following activities are expected to be accomplished when addressing our issue: After achieving these activities, we hope the following changes in two months Expectedly, the accomplished actions will result in the following in 1 year:

Statement forms Gathering together the students and teachers.

State and clarify the plan in the school. Drastic improvements in school performance lead to school popularity. The school employees will be familiar with the program and will also understand the rules. The school climate will become positive.

Counseling person Distribute regulation materials to all participants Admission of more students in the school than previous intakes. Students' reluctance to comply with the directions of the program Excellence for all students and disciplines.

A system for bullying reports. Use questionnaires to assess the initial stages of cyberbullying Exposure to many achievements in different fields such as sports Practitioners of cyberbullying will face severe consequences while the victims will get contentment and justice Everybody will reject digital abuse.

Documents for regulation implementation Receive the reports of cyberbullying, provide the reporting document An increase in the school's academic performance. Depressions and stresses associated with cyberbullying activities will reduce and result in improved school performance that leads to significant growth in the country's economy.

Outputs

A well-established program should be able to return the expenses invested during its commencement (McDavid, Huse, & Hawthorn, 2018). I expect the outputs from the plan to have numerous advantages to the proceedings of the school. Also, it provides opportunities for the school to develop and expand at a quick speed. Therefore, evaluating the outputs is essential to enlighten the administration on capable sections of the program. If the administration is satisfied with the output, it will consider putting the program into action. Outputs expected from the program are described below.

The popularity of the school

Unique qualities in an educational institution make it popular, and in return, high numbers of enrolling students in each intake. An institution that flourishes successfully has an opportunity to expand into more senior levels in the education segment. Hence, the school will become popular.

Achievement

The absence of cyberbullying leads to more significant results in learning organizations(Trolley & Hanel, 2010). The proposed program will lead to various results, such as the facilitation of the sports sector due to the increased number of students. Some will have the qualities to perform well in games, thus provide human resources during inter-school competition. Besides, the respective department will be well-financed to purchase resources because the institution will have achieved high economies of scale. I believe that the desire to achieve will drive to the prosperity of this program.

High Enrollment of New Students

The ranking and familiarity of the school determine the number of students admitted. A famous school is likely to attract more students for admission, as compared to an infamous school. Therefore, to accomplish activities in the proposed program, I expect higher intakes in the school than in the previous inputs.

Performance Increase

Preventing cyberbullying will create more time for students to research without disturbance, and hence improve their performance. Excellent performance provides the students with an incredible foundation in their future endeavors (Paul, 2013). Besides, improved performance will boost the students' confidence in the learning institution. Since better performance is the basis for an institution's popularity, it will result in school establishment.

Conclusion

This proposal provided strategies that would help prevent cyberbullying in a learning institution. Cyberbullying was the problem under investigation since it caused low performance to the affected students. Inputs required for the proposed program included; counseling personnel, statements forms, regulation implementation documents, and a system for bullying reports. Some of the activities carried out to curb the problem included assessing the initial stages of cyberbullying, stating and clarifying the plan of the institution, receiving cyberbullying reports, and distributing regulation materials to the students. Some of the expected outcomes if these activities are accomplished included; increased performance, school popularity, several achievements, and an increased number of new students.
