Teams that are productive help to grow business also trigger the effectiveness of companies. Companies focus to study team production levels that are high thus making differences to raise productivity. Teamwork theories are used in the building of the corporate managerial headquarters to improve the interaction of workers.

This equation mathematically tries to predict the behavior of a group under many different conditions of employment.
