Some persons made decisions of heading to the east coast, which was for North America to ensure that there was enough room for practicing their well-known beliefs and practices to make money for their own families and themselves too. This practice appeared to be hard for many individuals who came. Most of them learned to endure conflicts and hardships, which may have accrued from the natives, and still, they were observed to live there. Also, a few number of colonists were able to achieve living in the colonies and modeled them to appear profitable for efficient room of building their businesses and home accordingly.

However, some folks have a mentality of saying that the American Dream had a present of a strong foundation of individualism act. Moreover, on the modern day American dream, individuals who have been known to grow to take a look back to the United States have been thinking like adults in making efforts to enhance an achievement relating to the American dreams. This have led them to see the presence of evolution about such concept during past years. Over the past years, the American dream have produced an apparent magnification of hope and life about happiness, which is regarded as a new twitch. More so, in the contemporary ecosphere, the American dream have been seen taking its form through financial security act and materialism actions that have been going on through the past decades. American dream have been understood through the use of different terms like higher education, homeownership, and also financial security. Individuals' mentality about the American dream have been considered as homeownership. This is because the act of home buying have been the main business and recognized as a central portion of American authenticity for several persons during the 1950s.

Furthermore, during this time, individuals could be observed buying several homes and making wage tainting of their hypothecations in the 30 to 40 years later. Most of them could purchase a car, become owners, and finally ensure that it passes down to their children. In the last decades, the United States have already experienced some recessions. The interest rates have now landed to nearly zero relating to savings accounts, which is leading to a high level of discouragement to individuals the moment the experience and say about it. This have resulted in a nation having higher debts, which appears to be filled with instability and constant losses. In today's era, job markets in America have become minimal, since the level of competition of young educated individuals who are job seeking is high. Persons who benefit from owning jobs in the United States usually do so since they are repeatedly polyglot.

However, after immigrations by several Chinese workers, there was the utilization of wood cutting methods in the United States. The techniques were usually similar to the ones that had previously been brought to the homeland, but they too faced new-fangled tests in the American West. These new challenges included industrialization, marketing, technology, and also transportation systems, which led to a gradual diminishing of Chinese participation in the lumber industry. Further, there are many contributions from Chung. They played a vital role in making a proper analysis of mutual independence and the connections that existed between the Chinese road construction sites and also at their lumbering and mining areas. However, at the time that mines declined, demand for Chinese lumber was also trickled.
