Trump has accused the media reporters of changing the subject matter always to explain other things rather than what he said. In another tweeter remarks, "And then I read a phony story in the failing anytime about my work schedule and eating habits, written by a third rate reporter who knows nothing about me," Trump said.

Trump's use of social media is a true definition of the experience in box 5.4. This is because Trump has experienced criticism even from his Republican Party members. People have questioned the manner through which Trump is responding to the issues raised by journalists. The majority of the people view that the response tends to show anger and regrets that the media is a painting that will likely negatively affect the November reelection campaigns. Open-minded citizens have questioned the sincerity of the White House's response to the Corona pandemic (Van der Wal, 2017). Some have accused the President of relating the fight of the disease and the upcoming elections. Recent opinion polls indicate that former Vice President Joe Biden, the apparent Democratic nominee in 2020, is giving Trump a lot of stiff competitions on the six battleground states, which are crucial for His election.

It is very difficult to engage the stakeholders without bringing ethical issues. This is because, as many public servants want to appear, professionals are still human beings who are faced with emotional stress. Under continuous pressure, one may rudely respond to situations in a negatively. Trump is the best example of this scenario (Van der Wal, 2017). COVID-19 is a pandemic that has brought the world to a standstill. Up to date, there is no proven vaccine or any curative drug. In one of the tweets, Trump says that they have been working continuously without leaving the White House for several months to solve trade issues by trying to regulate the negative economic impacts as a result of the Corona pandemic. Under such pressure, the civil servant fails to act ethically unintentionally. The same standards are applied to all organizations, as all workers have to act professionally.

First, I would like to ask, what are the remedies for a civil servant who respondent unethically but unintentionally through the use of social media? This is because, under a tense environment, workers make mistakes while making communications and responses. I surely suggest that social media accounts should not be independent. It is abusively used, which brings more harm than good.

Secondly, I would like to raise the question of what mechanisms must independent bodies Noble Committee set to control the response from other professional bodies like journalists as they inquire for information from civil servants?. This is because, under pressure, some people may want to take advantage of the situations to paint a negative image of others. The authenticity of their inquiries is questionable.
