The Johari window has helped us in building through information; it has led in developing trust among the group and I making a capable team. Once a time I was in a part of a team which had a synergy? The members in that organization were honest and open; they worked well among themselves. Hence the group eventually accomplished good rates of success thus were objective and operative in their meeting tasks. A member should have a feeling that brings about things looking more comfortable what they know about it and brings more about senses within an organization which makes one happy amongst themselves. One will be able to concur that believe something which is crucial to any team one joins.
The theory has eventually allowed people to improve in creating awareness amongst individuals and open up, Thus, establish more rapport, and trust is formed, and strength being strengthened. The Johari window to the salesperson has been of much help in that when you disclose information to the company about yourself; it builds much bond and trust. By someone using feedback, which someone gets from day to day activities someone can learn a large portion out about you, thus coming to reality on issues and improving someone's effectiveness and self-awareness as a person (Drysdale, A. 2009). When someone is explaining this idea of Johari Window, someone can be able to assist a group of team members in understanding the importance of self-disclosure which includes; to accept, encourage them to give out,
giving out constructive feedback to the company , relationship should be open and brings trust among ourselves, solving out of issues and eventually working together effectively as a team and as a group. In addition to this frequent sessions are useful to this. Hence you have to set time to bring together the group and talk. One has to focus on the feedback being shared in growing together.

The students in the case study research portray that they are motivated by a chance and acceptance to changes to aid boost the different economies. Notably, change in life brings everything to the write place something or somebody is supposed to be for success (Christie et al.2015). The aspect of working hard and self-driven in life aids in creating changes in the life of a person. It is good to be more productive and avoiding the challenges by doing different tasks with little fear of losing.
