Introduction
A value judgement entails a subjective statement of opinion with facts available for evidence. One of the three kinds of value judgment/claims includes a claim of fact which inferences about the past as well as future. It has a general objective based on factual, relational and predictive features which are sufficient and appropriate on thegrounds of reliable and recent data(Singer & Clark, 2008). Another kind is the claim of value which entails taste and morals in solving the conflict. It establishes standards and sound clarity of the authorities. Also, the application of policy is a value judgement which addresses the facts based on proposed actions and justification as well as a workable plan.
Ethics in the organization pursues systematic morality. The moral claim has an assertion on a person's character. The three kinds of moral statements include the normative claim, moral value claim and prescriptive moral claim (Kattsoff, 2005). The claims are based on the cultural relativism, divine command as well as virtue ethics.
Descriptive statements rely on true or false assertions. The three kinds of definitive statements include predictive, predictive and explanatory. Descriptive statement entails presentation while the predictive statement focuses on generalization as well as the purview of the inferential.
Legal statement preserves the rights while benefiting the society. The three kinds of the legal statement include market advert broadcast where the author stimulate sale due to competitiveness in the market (Bulygin, 2015). Plagiarism and translation retell other kinds of legal statements.
Aesthetic judgements entail status of objects based on their beauty and ugliness. The aesthetic judgment which is part of nature described with three kinds including imitational, formalism and emotionalism. The significance of the work of art is revealed through a realistic presentation of the matter.
Conclusion
Performance and creativity are essential in the organization. It creates a pervasive culture for innovation in the working environment hence motivation. Since organizational achievement is based on less effort with working hard, the goals of performance and creativity impact the results of the organization (Clarke, 2011). The employees with creativity lead to improved outcomes with optimal performance thus increasing productivity as well as satisfaction through less effort.
