Culture intelligence or culture quotient (CQ) is the ability for individuals working in fields such as business, education, or physiology can interact with different cultures within the workplace (Farrell, 2019). Discussing culture intelligence in the marketplace brings in people from other ethnicity and cultural background. Having this in a workplace forces us to know how to interact with such individuals in a diverse cultural background. The researcher in this article explains how marketplace comprises people from other parts of the world and how every individual in the market should therefore make an effort to tolerant their behaviours without misunderstandings. Therefore understanding cultural diversity is vital for the success of every business.
In business, the challenges associated with cross-cultural differences need to be addressed. The challenge, such as low productivity in the organization is due to the misunderstanding of each other (Thakerar, 2013). The diversity also has lowered the quality of service to the customers. This because the communication between the worker and the customer has barriers which hinder effective delivery of the service.

Conclusion
Educating the professionals on culture intelligence through a seminar I will focus on the importance of the existence of cultural intelligence in the business. Through this topic, I will still explain the meaning of the cultural intelligence to the professionals they do into details why the company need to have all its full professions understanding of cultural diversity. I should also ask some questions related to ethnicity roles in the business such as; “how will employee handle customer who is asking about why the company is offering certain service or products which are prohibited in their culture?". Such a question will drive the members on if the customer should be chased away or get handles in the right way. Getting different answers from the panel will, therefore lead to how I should help the apply CQ in the marketplace. Through rewards for any employee who will handle customers from a diverse cultural background.
