Introduction

Historically they were less dependent on each other and operated as separate systems, but due to technology advancement and efficiency improvements, these have since been interlinked automatically. This led to more risks, human error, equipment failure, cyber, and physical attacks. The update improved the way the vulnerabilities are addressed. There are now evolutionary and flexible approaches to boost security, ensuring that there are no or minimal threats to the state's military and economy.
Through the update, the United States government can perform national security essential missions and make sure that its citizens have safety and public health. The government also can keep order and deliver the bottom level essentials of public service. Through the update, the private sectors in the country are also able to ensure order in the functioning of the running budget and also ensure those crucial telecommunications, financial and shipping services, energy perfect delivery. It also bettered the public and private partnership by reducing vulnerability.
After assuming the office of president, Bill Clinton may antiterrorism his primary objective. He assured the citizens that he would fight terrorism with all the powers he had. He made the decision to combat terrorism, which was a presidential decision directive 62. The president worked upon making alliances and friends as well as strengthening the law enforcement and terrorism counter tools and increased the security in airplanes as well as airports. Since the initiative, there have been fewer terror attacks, but mostly, there have been early detecting of terror attacks and the terrorist made to serve very long jail terms.

During the George W Bush administration, there were more than twenty critical terror attacks that had been directed to the United States of America. There were the September 11 attacks, which was the most significant attack that happened to kill very many people.
The department of homeland security was formed on November 22nd of 2002 under the administration of George W Bush, and it was a cabinet department that ran under the federal government and had responsibilities of the general public security. Homeland security has boosted the relationship between international organizations and the federal government. It increased the safe that ensures and enhances the security of international organizations in the country.
