Introduction

A conflict arises where different parties clash over the same interests. The variation in the group's results in the separation of communities as the rivals cannot tolerate the company of each other. Therefore, conflicts may arise due to class, political, and racial differences. Palestinians and Israeli have had their difference since the twentieth century. The conflict exists between two movements; the Jewish project of Zionist and the Nationalist project of Palestinians. The disagreement is a global issue since the controversies between the two groups cannot get determined. After the war between Arabs and Israeli, the holy land got divided into three parts. The Gaza strip, State of Israel and West Bank of River Jordan were determined for the different believers to live. An immediate conflict later began among Palestinians that had occupied regions in the holy lands began fighting, making Israeli getting provoked to drive them out of the areas resulting in the conflict being a global issue. The discussion focuses on determining how religion impacted the Palestinian- Israeli war since most individuals got persecuted.

In the current world, there are many religions that people have joined. Most of the people want to be recognized by the act of belonging to different faiths. Moreover, these religions are different in terms of their ideologies and what they believe in. This has made it difficult to solve the question of which is the true religion since all these people think that their doctrines are the real ones in the world. There has been a need to ensure that there exists religious tolerance globally. Firstly, religious tolerance can be enhanced by the different government and organizations making all the religions to feel unique, safe and loved. These organizations should not only praise one religion since this will make the other religions to feel unsafe. People have the right to worship and join whichever faith they want. Nonetheless, these organizations can also organize workshops for all religions where different people from different religious groups go and learn more about their religion. This will help in promoting religious tolerance since all religions are treated equally.

In addition to that, religious tolerance can also be enhanced through the help of the law. Laws are fundamental since they direct people on how they should behave and they also learn what society expects of them. Each government in each country has the primary role in enforcing human rights law and banning and punishing law offenders. Discrimination should not exist in any country. Therefore, different nations can set up religious laws as a method of fighting religious intolerance (Bowie, 2017). The rules should not be biased, but they can promote equality of all the religions, and the laws can also punish those who discriminate or speak ill about other faiths. This helps in promoting equality among the different people who believe in different religions in a country. Civic education can also be used to fight religious intolerance and promote tolerance. Notably, laws are crucial, but still, they are not sufficient enough to counter religious intolerance. Different organizations can carry a door to door campaign where they teach people on the importance of diversity in terms of religion in the community (Thames, 2014). They can also educate them on the importance of respecting other people's faith and the need for interacting with people who belong to different religions. This education should also be about the different ways citizens can promote religious tolerance as a way of promoting peace in the society.

In Christianity, good and evil can be traced back to the Garden of Eden during the era of Adam and Eve. When they decided to take the forbidden fruit, it formed the beginning of evil as a man was granted the ability to know what is good and evil in society. The first-ever incident of evil was when Cain killed his brother Abel. Christianity also translates well as love for others, and it defines evil as a lack of respect for others. Many Christians also believe that moral evil is a rebellion against God; the resistance translates to injustice, pride, dishonesty vanity, aggression, and greed. The above belief of Adam and Eve show the origin of sin.

The Problem of evil is not a disproof of the existence of God. God is above good and evil, and that does not mean that evil things should not happen because God is controlling them. Evil is brought by the human being in his initiatives to find a purpose of living. In his philosophy, Descartes describes God as an excellent good who could not create evil. However, he acknowledged the power given to the man to discern the truth, and the false is not complete and that why human finds themselves committing evil. Man generates evil, evil is directly associated with man, and God has asked the man to leave all his burdens and go to him, and God will save him from the evils of the world. God calls us his children, meaning that he is the father, and thus there is no given reason for Him to desert His people. The existence of evil does not mean God is absent; some things have to happen. Though evil exists, God protects his people like the way he protected the Israelites from the Egyptians. In the book of Ecclesiastes, He tells us all is vanity, and the only thing we should be seeking is the eternal life. That scripture means that though we may be faced by earthily evil, there is the hope of good experience after battling with the earthly evil, meaning that he is above evil.

Christians believe that God has a plan beyond human understanding and says the good has rewards and evil is paid off by suffering. The ending of the story of Adam and Eve also clearly explains how death and suffering were introduced into society through their disobedience to Gods teachings. Secondly, Islam views good and evil and evil as a learned trait. The Islam religion says that one is born innocent and free from all evils, and as he/ she grows, he learns evil characteristics. The doctrine also places the power of choice of people to define the spiritual cause of crime is one's decision to act contrary to Allah's teaching and instead choose to do to his/her wish. It also defines wrong as a rebellion against Allah and the end product being death and suffering.

According to Hindu scripture, moral or spirituality is characterized by transparency, light, stability, immortality, direction, virtue, and self-sacrifice. Evil is portrayed by contamination, darkness, inequity or edge, disorder, sinful behaviour, and egocentricity. Finally, Jews believe that the world is part of God's creation; they think that God is only associated with good for that reason everything on earth is inherently good. According to the Jewish religion, every person has two impulses. The impulses consist of that to the right and the second being the impulse to involve in evil, which can also be explained as a conscience which guides people to decide on whether to go in line with rules or to break them (Hirschman). The Jews describe conscience as being part of humans and are not caused by any external powers such as blaming the devil for people's actions. The Jews believe that God can overcome evil, although he does not associate himself with evil. The deeds of evil do not succeed in most cases, and instead, they believe that evil strengthens the Jewish belief. Finally, they believe that one can either choose to follow Gods law or to rebel against and be influenced by Satan. The Jews think that good overcomes evil evident during the Holocaust.

As an act of adequate representation of good, some of the community members engage in sponsorship programs that are meant to raise money for institution sponsorship in poorly developed nations. The sponsorship program focuses on schools with children living with disabilities and those from disadvantaged backgrounds. The program does emphasize love for others even for the unknown, and in my view, it describes well in the best way relating to all the religions view on the issue. Although the project does not need massive sacrifice, even the little sacrifice reflects the love for good.

Fundamental Tenets of Selected World Religion

Religion designs behaviour and directs the practices of its believers. Hinduism concentrates on one God and commonly believes that present life gets defined by the activities in previous occurrences. Buddhists have no God but think that spirituality manages the cycle of life and death. Christians believe in a supreme being and repent sins all the time since they are in waiting about Christ's appearance. Muslims believe in Allah, who is powerful and creator of the Universe. Judaism includes the Jewish believing in the Torah, which had the laws given to Israelites at Mount Sinai. Therefore, religion began four thousand years ago and has grown over time (Goodman, 2019). Most countries have believers in these faiths. Judaism has diverse belief forms as it maintains its tradition according to how the message got delivered at the mountain. Its existence has played an essential role in the community since individuals developed a faith that guided their practices. Fighting for the holy lands indicated patriotism among the believers; hence, the militaries had prepared to drive out intruders that posed a threat towards the Jews methods of worship. The war between Palestinians grew through differentiation in religion since the Israelites needed citizens that practised its beliefs resulting in the matter affecting the country. The Arabs and Jewish battle over land made the most Jews flee to Europe to avoid persecution for the development of a national homeland that could accommodate Muslims.

The war intensified since Jewish refugees settled in Palestine, which the Muslim community had overtaken, making more misplacement of people through death as they had intruded a territory that did not belong to them. The control of the three regions was the primary cause of the war since the two religions viewed themselves as superior over each other. The Jews felt more superior since their territory got invaded. Reconciliation sessions were not successful due to different preferences among the groups. The superior powers of each require consideration; hence, an equal ground should get developed to manage the conflict effectively. The negotiations require a strong third to enable enforcement of the agreements to work on delayed developments. Judaism played a role in the battle; thus, proper resolutions are necessary to manage the situation effectively.

Judaism is a monotheistic religion. In the Hebrew scripture, which is the Judaism religion follows; God is described as a being without gender or form and as a transcendent being. The Jewish people also believe that they have a special covenant with God in their relationship, and they and God have some things they are accountable. Humans are expected to obey God's commands, and God is thought to grant his people special favours which are bound by their agreement. The Judaism religion followers believe that God is omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, and intervenes countless ties thought the history of man to reward those who are righteous and punish the unjust. In Judaism, all humans are potentially equal, and they are created in God's image. The image likeness s not physical; rather Jews believe that they can mirror God's qualities, such as righteousness, love, wisdom and justice. Also, humans are believed to be descendants of Adam and Eve, who are the first man and woman, respectively. Again, in Judaism's view of human nature, there is a belief that God will spread the Jews in all parts of the world to help in raising the land they live in and back up to the perfect condition that God commanded.
