Introduction
Working as a team has been of benefit to achieving a goal. Team working lies on qualities of individuals like motivation, self-organization, ability to deliver the task and engagement. It is also of importance that to collaborate successfully then be open and focused. If as Engineers all working to a specific goal, therefore, collaboration is vital to increase productivity.
In Collaborating successfully with Engineers, is the Belkin team it is designed by use of personalities to give each of the members a role. In the description of one's character, contributions to the team or pitfalls are the nine-team roles under the Belkin team. The implementer, Resource Investigator, Plant, Monitor, Shaper, Coordinator, Complete Finisher, Team worker and the Specialist all work together to bring in the difference. Alternatively, in collaboration as Engineers, they still can form a Cross-functional team with members from different functional posts like product manager, sales, or industrial designer. The essence of such groups is that today's era there is an increase in demand from customers therefore to ensure coordination, increase in innovation and fewer cycle times for important customer touch points then such teams come in hand (Parker, Glenn M 332). Since "The whole point of Collaboration is that you give and take from one another, and that's how you create new things."
Success is the ultimate goal as Engineers, and developing a framework of success is of significance. It all begins with identifying a clear holistic problem definition, that way as a team you understand the problem as a whole and come up with approaches to deal with it. In the process, understand what it means concerning success, Success calls for efficiency, impact on customers, the productivity and lastly preparation of what the future holds. Working as a team with the intention to reach the goal of success then all members should have set expectations. Besides, for the cross-functional teams build empathy by ensuring increased diversity in understanding, strong interpersonal relations, and between colleagues provide increased respect and trust (San Martin-Rodriguez, Leticia, et al 140). It is also appropriate to encourage the frequent meeting of face-to-face and have employees get space to keep learning and eventually grow.
Given a project on Archimedes, the team of Engineers can commence by problem defining of the Archimedes principle. It is a principle stating a body immersed in liquid exerts an upward buoyant force equivalent to the fluid weight that the body displaces and moves up to the center of mass of fluid displaced (Thiam, Mouhamadou 1). It is a law that works best in fluid mechanics a concept in Engineering. In this case, the research will be on reasons why store associates and consumers struggle in applying screen protectors accurately yet only 10% of smartphone users buy the screen protectors. It is a project with research gaps, and further study is highly recommended to incorporate the Archimedes principle to come up with a system that can reliably and repeatedly apply overlays on smartphones to meet the requirements. It can be the Screen Force TM Application System from skilled professionals who come up with screen protectors of maximum accuracy keeping it safe from cracks or scratches.it is a system custom designed for any smartphone and has protective layers that feel like your phone made from premium materials.
Conclusion
In Collaborating Successfully with Engineers, It brings in the Belkin difference; in this case innovation at its core and with quality. Working with Belkin team ensures products are made of quality materials and thoughtfully engineered before making way to its customers. It is a team that initially encompasses the framework of success to have users' needs met.
