There have been cases where organizational leaders have had issues with the Christian religious believes which contradict with the organization leadership requirements. Understanding the line between the two fields has led to the need for well-elaborated research. The most appropriate research question for research study would be; is there a neutral ground that brings organizational leadership together with the Christian religion and how to address the emerging differences between the two? The research will entail a clear understanding of the organizational leadership studies as well as an analysis of some of the major Christian religious principles that directly or indirectly cross the organizational leadership field.
With this in mind, an appropriate research methodology would be needed, and quantitative research methodology would be the most effective. This involves the collection of data from the field via interacting with organizational leaders as well as Christian religious practitioners so as to understand the fields more. Different methods for data collection such as interviews and questionnaires will be applied to the research. Other forms of data collection will entail the use of observation. The researchers will visit organizations led by Christian leaders and other organizations under a neutral ground and view different areas such as the performance of the organizations among other observable dinformation. The participants for the research can be from some of the leading organizations, and some of the requirements for the participants includes having a religious background. This will help the researcher gather relevant information for the research area. Also, a group of participants will be sampled and categories under the group where they are less tied down by the religion. The selected participants are placed in similar situations which require them to take action, in leadership different major decisions require to be made which conflict with the Christian religion. All these are to be researched on. This gathered information will be used to answer the research question and help in the formulation of a robust theory of Christian leadership. Covering a number of already researched material will also help realize some other findings by other researchers within the same field of study.
The analysis stage will involve the review of all the collected data and process it into worth information that can be used in answering the research question.
