I am, particularly, striving towards starting up my own business. Some of the areas of business that interests me most are accounting and entrepreneurship. The reason why these areas interest me is that I need to learn how to improve accounting's and entrepreneurship's systems.

I am particularly interested in accounting and entrepreneurship because I want to start my own business and be my own boss. I want to start a company that will deal with the payroll services for most companies. This is a viable business because almost every organization or firm is in need of such services to help pay their employees in a proper manner (Ways, 2013). As such, I will have a huge market.

I am confident that I will succeed in this area of business because it is an opening that has rarely been invested in. Many organizations are concerned about how to best pay their employees and inputting a payroll system to help them will be a good deal. I am also efficient in accounting and this will help to succeed in the job. The other thing is that I am a reliable person and employers require a person who is reliable. Since payments of the employees are a very sensitive thing, there is the need to be reliable in doing a job such as making payroll systems for organizations. The other quality that makes me able to succeed in this business is that I am goal-oriented. When I decide to do something, I ensure that I have planned for it adequately to ensure that everything goes on as planned and that I achieve the goals that I have set.

There are several areas that I will need to improve on to ensure that I succeed in this area. One of the areas I will need to improve on is planning. I am not a very good planner and I believe that to succeed in the business, I would require to improve on my planning skills. This way, I will be able to deliver in a better manner. The other area that I will need to improve on is on creativity. Such a business as making payrolls for organizations require a lot of creativity since payments are usually not fixed but subject to change from time to time. As such, I will require to be very creative to ensure that I succeed in the business and also be able to convince more organizations to try my services. The other area I will need to work on is on decision-making capabilities. A successful business person needs to make informed decisions and also be able to adjust to changing business trends.
