Mass media and globalization have been influential in promoting the integration and removal of cultural barriers. BBC, with the help of satellite television and the online platform, has created transitional images and messages that connect people across the world. BBC, as a media platform, has influenced culture and communities through the circulation of messages to audiences and providing awareness and public knowledge. For example, the Arab Spring in the Middle East or the Shahbag movement in Bangladesh occurred in a different region. However, the BBC created massive awareness to people across the globe. Therefore, mass media has made people from a different culture to be more homogeneous. The BBC, in the past, has also considered a war on terror as a US propaganda. The frequent attacks by ISIS are the results of the US and its Allies attacking Iraq and Afghanistan. The war on terror propaganda has created heterogeneous regarding the Islamic State across the world. Culture has been hybridized through media and has led to cultural illusion. For example, people used to eat traditional food, by the development of fast food restaurants such as McDonalds has made people to ignore their traditional food and focus on pasta, pizza, and foreign foods. Therefore, mass media greatly influence our lives. People cannot take a day without using media.

Food is very key to any culture. McDonald restaurant operating in China may not provide the full taste and experience of food as we know it. The foods have weaknesses because the company serves real American food without accommodating Chinese culture. It is critical that the company appreciate and experience diverse foods (Vignali, 2001). If I travel to China, I would explore other Cuisines and dine in different places because McDonald is a restaurant that can be found anywhere and I know how the food tastes.

Globalization of McDonald in China is promoting diversity in the county. Chinese people can eat American food in China and vice versa. Besides, diversity can influence Chinese foods, cooking habits, and Americanization of the diet (Catherine 2014). People eat anything based on the biodiversity around them regardless of their nutritional and health issues. Therefore, globalization of McDonald's impacts food systems globally. As the food system change, it leads to more diversity and availability of food (Phillips, 2006). The American foods are on the move through McDonald's globalization and commonly lead to new hybrid cultures as they come across other food traditions. Thus, globalization of McDonald's impacts food systems globally. As the food system change, it leads to more diversity and availability of food.

Globalization of McDonald raises concerns as it both benefits and corrupts the culture of different countries. Some changes are embrace while others are considered a threat to people's way of life. The significant positive implication of globalization of McDonald is that tourists can eat what they recognize regardless of their destination. However, it may be negative since Americans are exposed to similar foods outside the United States instead of exploring the traditional food culture and cuisines of others (Vignali, 2001). Therefore, globalization of McDonald gives people a new choice of food over the ones eaten in their culture. However, there are instances where they favor a particular view, such as the reason why the government needs to repatriate and decompensate the individuals who were enslaved either directly or indirectly. The bias towards slavery reparations is because of the economic gap between the Whites and Blacks that is believed to continue to increases due to the injustices that occurred over 150 years ago Vignali, 2001). Thus, the biasness of the articles is that they only see slavery as the injustices that the White Europeans inflicted on African Americans, which requires the country should pay for slavery repatriations as a way of making amends. However, such biases do not consider the news articles as fake news because they do not possess terrible biases and unjustifiable prejudice that may seem as unfavorable news coverage.

BBC also stays within its objectives by enhancing the importance of financial reporting and financial information and improving the characteristics of essential details, verifiability, understandability, and comparability. The body also achieves its mission by ensuring the set standards still reflect changes in the economic environment, providing the relevant education to users of financial statements and identifying any insufficiencies that might exist in financial reporting that can be possibly improved through the setting of standards. BBC rules ensure a transparent reporting system while at the same time, standardizing assumptions, methods, definitions, and terminologies. Users of accounting information are, therefore, interested in these rules. Companies, for instance, are given a channel to provide the required financial information to government regulatory bodies and concerned shareholders; the guidelines, therefore, play a significant role when it comes to safeguarding shareholders' rights and investments. Additionally, BBC enable companies to maintain accurate accounting control that assists in consistently providing quality accounting information. The Consistency allows for company executives to review financial statements, identify areas which need improvement and to come up with strategic plans for the future.
