In this case, the earth rotation and other movements experienced in the universe must have been fostered by some authority. Before anyone came to exist, it means that there was nothing there before. Obviously, Aquinas has faced a series of criticism on his opinions (Aquinas, 2005). One of it is that how can something which is still infinite still exist.
