Introduction
Artificial intelligence is the programming of computers to have a human simulation where computers are made to mimic human actions. The computers are programmed to be able to learn and solve problems such as humans do. There are special characteristics that humans have where they are able to understand different environments and solve problems based on the situation at hand [2]. The computers are being programmed in such a way that the solution that the computer will generate will be similar to solutions provided by the government. Artificial intelligence has been incorporated in industries to facilitate the production of goods where commodities are produced without the intervention of the human hand. The papers explain the application of artificial intelligence in various fields and their role.

Technical Feasibility of Artificial Intelligence
There are technicalities that happen in production where machines are used in guiding the machines on how work should be done. Modern technologies such as 3-D printing are increasingly being used to develop solutions without the use of human hand [3]. The technology uses artificial intelligence in helping the creation of different designs that are complex and could not be possible to create using the human hand. The machines are programmed in such a way that they can think when challenges come up and develop solutions to the challenges that they face while doing their work. The use of artificial intelligence has enabled manufacturers to reduce costs that they used to incur hiring people.
There are concerns that artificial intelligence is contributing to unemployment by facilitating the automation of processes to replace the work that was initially done by people [3]. Companies are forced to incorporate artificial intelligence in production of various goods and services that they offer to improve the quality of the products and services. It's inevitable for companies not to incorporate artificial intelligence to raise profits by cutting down costs and improving the competition by offers goods that are of higher standards to the customers. Companies such as Google use artificial intelligence to give the customers better services where people get an instant result when they search using the Google search engine.
Artificial intelligence is also being applied in research and diagnosis both in technology and in the field of medicine. Doctors are using computers that are programmed to use artificial intelligence in analyzing tests done and identify the disease that is affecting the patients. Artificial intelligence uses algorithms; hence the conclusions made are based on facts [2]. My drugs and diagnosis have been completed using artificial intelligence and the patients healed successfully. Different fields are incorporating artificial intelligence to make their work easy and achieve the desired results. Artificial intelligence has the ability to help human beings identify solutions to challenges affecting people. The solutions provided by artificial intelligence are accurate and offers a real solution.

Operational Feasibility of Artificial Intelligence
The development of artificial intelligence is being incorporated in various fields, together with other systems in solving problems that were challenging to deal with [1]. For instance, there are systems that handle huge amounts of data, and they face the risks of being attacked by hackers to manipulate the information being handled by the systems for selfish interests [4]. Companies that handle huge amounts of information for processing use artificial intelligence to improve security and ensure the systems are working properly. Artificial intelligence offers solutions to systems when they have errors helping to maintain operations and maintaining the security of the systems.
We are at information time where all operations and activities being done in the world are relying on data to determine the best-suited action to take in the activity that one might be doing. Data is increasingly being relied on in making decisions [5]. Artificial intelligence is being used by decision makers to identify trends that are then used to predict future events. Research has shown that decisions made using artificial intelligence are better than decisions made by humans without using artificial intelligence. There are decisions that are complex and challenging to make, and therefore, artificial intelligence is helping the managers to make such decisions.
Artificial intelligence is also being applied in inventions and discovery where a scientist is analyzing patterns with great accuracy to invent new things. Technological companies such as oracle handle huge amounts of data that can be used in inventions and discoveries [4]. The inventions are done by identifying the problem affecting various fields and challenging the scientists to develop technologies that deal with the challenges. Artificial intelligence using algorithms that identify hidden patterns that can be applied to offer solutions.
Streamlining Business Operations Through Artificial Intelligence
AI is used in widely used in different areas and transforms the operations of the fields such as information technology. Issues such as troubleshooting affect satisfaction, but the use of artificial intelligence can help solve the problem by maximizing the benefit of technologies used in such operations. Artificial intelligence helps improve monitoring of applications through data centralization and more accurate predictions of the issues [7]. Artificial intelligence helps in areas such as ticketing which is a very important aspect of artificial intelligence. Ticketing aided by artificial intelligence helps in saving time, thereby allowing the team tasked with ticketing to focus on other issues that cannot be delegated to artificial intelligence systems. Organizations can save a great deal of time by using intelligence in information technology aspects that do not require human interaction.
To enhance operation, many applications are linked with their respective application performance monitoring tools, a task which increases the complexity of monitoring the performance of all the applications [6]. An efficient performance monitoring involves the prediction of the performance of each application, the identification of the causality and making of the right decision while the use of artificial intelligence can streamline these operations and guarantee maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps)
Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations ( AIOps) solves the issue of applications' monitoring through its power to process data. AIOps centralizes all the monitoring logs and processes them through Natural Language Processing. AIOps analyzes aggregated data of different types together and saves time through event correlation across all the applications in the system. Information technology domains and Machine Learning can subsequently be used in anomalies detection as well as causality identification in the information technology system [8].
Use of Artificial Intelligence in Service Desk Operations
Artificial intelligence streamlines the operations of the service desk by increasing the availability of the teams. The process of solving an issue through service desk agents takes a lot of time hence the necessity of establishing artificial aided systems to assist in resolving some of the issues [8]. Sometimes businesses face a challenge of shortage of agents, and this is a problem that may frustrate customers who are not patient to wait until a service agent is available. Customer support is key to business hence the need for incorporation of Virtual Support Agents (VSA) whose operations are facilitated by artificial intelligence.

VSA enables customers to reach and get assistance from the service desk regardless of whether there is an available agent or not. To promote this service, the VSAs can use Natural Language Processing. Not all issues that are raised to the service need human interaction [9]. To reduce the number of queries raised to the human support agents businesses can use VSAs that can have the ability to identify commonly asked questions and create commands. After this, they can provide answers, and by searching the user can obtain the information they need.
Recommendations
In operations, management ideas are not but their implementation and success metrics matters. Teamwork between the management and Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) is very critical [6]. These two teams need to agree on the needs of the business in relation to information technology and how they can be fulfilled. The involved stakeholders should have adequate information in regards to the issues and have communicated the information to everyone participating in the process.
The success of artificial intelligence in streamlining information technology operations first depends on the alignment of business objectives with the priorities of the business. The managers should share their IT objectives with I &O leaders [6]. The leaders subsequently generate maximally useful insights, and the decision makers choose the technology that is most suited for the needs of the business. Technologies can be duplicated, but they may not be suited to business needs since each business has its specific needs which need to be solved.
The next step involves the preparation of adequate information and preparing for change management. The success of the implementation of AI applications is dependent on the willingness of the employees to adopt change. I & O leaders should explain to the employees how the technology will function way before its implementation [6]. When the people who will use the systems are knowledgeable, they will be determined to embrace the change.
Data is essential, and the success of artificial intelligence systems depends on the quality and efficiency of valorization [6]. The infrastructure should be strong enough to handle huge volumes of data and process it. If the infrastructure is weak, it may fail to effectively process centralized data, thereby rendering the entire system ineffective. A business cannot afford to experience such a situation as they will have used a lot of resources which cannot be retrieved. To ensure that the AI models used in solving the issues are effective, the leaders should ensure that they minimize bias in the identification of patterns as well as the correlation of events.
Conclusion
In conclusion, artificial intelligence is playing a critical role in technology by facilitating new inventions and improvement of the existing technologies. Smart technologies that incorporate artificial intelligence are able to offer better solutions than other technologies. Companies should embrace artificial intelligence to remain relevant in the ever-changing world.
