It offers a sense of fit in; From research study done by Queensland and Griffith University in Australia illustrated that, although the teens born in America having less friend than those born earlier, they are fewer alone than them in previous periods. They account to have fewer feelings and isolated which has emerged more publicly adept due to the rise in social media and technology usage (Dunn LA.2013).
It provides open support; Essential in online recognition i.e. whether a student is concerned with unusual discipline considered to be grappling with sexual identity or cool thereby help in validating the marginalized students where an example is a Minecraft forum on Reddit where a student is saved from committing suicide when a whole online society applied voice conference software to discourse with him (Piotrowski C, 2015).
It lets them do well; large social media such as Facebook and Twitter expose students to essential issues and the outside world. Make student realize their voice and doing all thing from crowdfunding social justice projects by tweeting positive thoughts.
