Introduction
A tale of two Natashas is an organized comic film which focuses on the life of two individuals who are in love. The love life of the actors is brought out in different dimensions which gives the story its flow and grip as a whole. In most cases, such stories can be misunderstood and hence misinterpreted. However, when understood well, it brings out the beauty of the art which captivates and attracts the attention of the viewers as they follow and admire the secret love affair of the couples which turns against them. The story is full of contrast and deceit which comes from different people as most of the characters are depicted as jealous and are hence not ready to accept the fact that Natasha and her lover are in a love affair.
Love vs compassion
Most of the story revolves around love, compassion, and togetherness which is brought out in a number of ways. The two lovebirds spend most of their time together curdling each other as they plan on how they will make their wedding colorful one day when they will walk down the aisle to say I do. Ironically, Natasha is not aware that regardless of how much she loves and cares for his boyfriend, the boyfriend is not feeling the same for her. He is having a divided mind whether to love her back or just waste her time. I find it more contrasting for the two lovebirds to claim that they are engaged and yet they are not actually willing to move in immediately and open a new page of their life. Here, most of the scenes are left in suspense which makes the story to be more comic and appealing to the viewer (McBride, 2006).
Betrayal
Betrayal is also another trait that comes out clearly in the movie. In the movie, different scenes of betrayal. Natasha is depicted as a young loving woman who devotes her heart for the course which is the love, service, and concentration to her man. She sacrifices all that she has to ensure that she satisfy her man's needs especially keeping him company and making him feel loved. However, the man is not well decided in the relationship but not ready to show any signs as he feels that Natasha may perceive it wrongly and end up in a messy situation. Natasha's boyfriend is not much committed to the relationship and most of the time find himself loving a different lady. This makes the whole comedy to show much greed and betrayal in the part of Natasha's boyfriend who is greatly hurting the lady in silence. It is contrasting to see a person who you love most pretends to love you back yet they love other people behind your back. The case of Natasha in the movie openly show this character (Berardinelli, & Ebert, 2005).
From the film, a lot of artwork comes out in various ways and usages where the actors use different character traits to show their creativity and command of the art. Some of the themes and the storyline in the film such as betrayal and love are used but contrasted to make the story real and much comic. Similarly, the use of suspense and irony also make the story to be live and hence helping in bringing out the artwork from the short comedy journey of love for the young souls involved.
