Introduction
Before you could want a family from another native land, it is essential to understand their diversity as well as their community characteristics. Let's take for instance a family from Somalia. While these families choose to inhabit other places besides their homeland, they are faced with lots of challenges that include education system and the social inclusion. Less formal education characterizes students born outside States. As well, their assimilation into the new environment seems an unnerving task (Love, 2015). Another factor that worsens the situation is the fact that most children who join school are from unstable families, their parents are illiterate, used to poor a setting that is all-dependent on social welfare and they have education deficit.
Subsequently, it is essential to examine how this kind of students overcame educational barriers. Besides, understanding parent's role in boosting children performance is of great importance. One of the most significant challenges that need to be addressed includes inadequate mentoring, tutoring and most importantly low esteem (Borkar, 2012). A family will choose a family from Somalia so as help explore the possible solution to the problems they are going through while in the foreign land. They also suggest for them significant ways of confronting early school dropout, a common cause with Somali children.
For example, Ireland attracts immigrants from all corners of the world. Among the immigrants, most are from Somalia. It is tough to tell the exact number of Somali refugee living in States because they register under the Justice Department, an exclusive and unavailable system. Besides they live a life full of restriction as per the religion. This action is contrary to Catholic-Hispanic beliefs. For this reason, the two families to assimilate together there is the likelihood that one family will convert into the other religion. However, most Catholic-Hispanic converts to Muslims. Besides, the conversion to Muslim even for five years does not change them as most claim that they will stick old ways of doing things (Borkar, 2012).
Nonetheless, some people claim to have loved Islam religion more than Catholic doctrine. They argue that their initial connection with God is not overwhelming as it is now. Also, Islamic people are much welcoming. One person claimed that they taught him how to pray and undertake some activities (Glorius & Jeroen Doomernik, 2016). Concerning this, within no time, an individual will start practicing the religion by his/her own.
Even though there is a range of differences between Islamic and Catholics, similarities among them exist as well. The Hispanic Muslim imposts comprise culture and Creole folklore particularly when it comes to food. Among them, they all speak Spanish. This similarity is what brings reunion between the two different families (Love, 2015). On the other side, the Islamic laws emphasize on humility as well as conservative values. These characteristics are entirely a contrary to Hispanic traditions. Unique, Hispanic communities who live in Spain, Latin American and Caribbean value feminine sex appeal, playful-yet-charged relationship amid the sexes and also free-spirited individualism.
The idea of covering the body for the case of Muslims is not a big deal though most people especially those around misunderstood the practice. As well, some natives feel it is a conflict between tradition and faith to leave their original religion and join the Islam. Even if children decide to participate by themselves, they will still find it hard to continue without the intervention of their parents or the entire family. The fact that Islam expects children to give their parents utmost respect poses a challenge to children who convert without their parents (Borkar, 2012). This reason is that the new religion does not allow them to argue with them unnecessarily. The only thing they can do is to pray for them.
Another consideration comes in during marriages. Once a Christian decides to marry a Muslim, parents may choose not to appear during their engagement. At that time, an individual finds it hard as there is no one to ask how to be a good husband or wife. Parents would not appear because then marriage tradition for Christian does not match those of Muslims (Glorius & Jeroen Doomernik, 2016). At this stage, most children are confused on what to do. This action is the main reason why some will choose to practice the two religions together unknowingly.
How Society Views the Child and Family
Most refugees' children are faced with uncertainty especially when it concerns their future and academics. Also, the children are preyed upon by smugglers, drug dealers, pimps and beyond. Concerning this, in some countries, there is some charity organization that has been set up to help the refugee child together with his family. These setups help the refugees pay for their food, accommodation, and other essential welfares (Love, 2015). However, there is the number of refugees has been increasing rapidly that the host country does not sustain all of them comfortably. On the other side, not everyone in the host nation is willing to donate the commodities for helping needy refugees. Surprising, in case of attack, the most probable suspects are the refugees. Once in the court, they might fail to access fair trial, end up being jailed without justifications.
Children's Society in UK coordinate nine programmers that assist asylum seekers, migrants, and the refugees. They give legal advice, advocacy, befriending, mentoring, language skills, creative skills, therapeutic support, housing support and beyond. The only challenge is that these resources might be not awarded equally (Borkar, 2012). It might be based on ethical, social, race, family structure, religion or even gender. Multi-cultural collaboration helps the families understand the cultural backgrounds, orientation, heritage, traditions, history, languages and racial attitudes. Unless the two families choose to corporate otherwise, the whole relationship will be full of challenges.
Of all the factors, culture has significant weight. It is the chief prospects how people view the world, how do they make sense to the world, and how an individual introduces themselves. Generally speaking, the absence of culture indulgent leads to misunderstanding. As well, multi-cultural collaborations necessitate patience and a plan for one to oppose old attitudes in a modern manner. This action is of much significance when dealing with people from diverse cultures (Glorius & Jeroen Doomernik, 2016). Most noteworthy, the two parties must develop strategies to overcome the differences to enable them to develop a unified effort. At first instance, the collaboration might seem uneven, but with a common goal to achieve, the result will be fulfilling. A common purpose between the host and the new families makes them live a better life.

The following items will guide the caregiver to help children learn in the right way. To begin with, how are you diverse? This question allows children to understand each other better. The teacher should emphasize that their varied difference is not so helpful when teaching (Kiyama et al., 2015). Secondly, why is diversity important? Since their childhood, they should understand the importance of learning with the diverse scholar. Then, what are the different ways of revealing diversity? Family culture tradition, belief, and situations help a particular group develop unique characteristic traits. Most importantly, how to develop skills? Not all children are in place to build life skills faster. For this reason, it is essential to help them, especially in their early childhood (Kiyama et al., 2015).

Parents and older family member plays a significant role when it comes to a child's learning. Significant problems that address aspects include: How role does a parent play in child learning?
