Therefore, transformational leadership can be referred to as progression of instigating change in ethics and beliefs of followers for the achievements of both the leader and the supporters. The above mentioned theory requires that a leader works with the relevant crew to recognize the desired transformation in the society, strategize on instigating the variation through motivation and later fulfil the change.

Besides, it also adopts a pleasant work atmosphere with vibrant ethics, primacies and principles and therefore enhancing moral standards within society.

For a transformational leadership system to work in any humanity or enterprise, various points of interests should be deliberated. Most importantly, there should be an open system whereby there is an intentional intellect of harmony between the leaders and the followers. To attain a conjoint impact, diverse disciplines should choose to work together instead of working self-sufficiently.
