Google Company exists as a publicly-traded multinational organization founded through the organization's search engine. Other enterprises within the company include advertising technologies, cloud computing, web app, and internet analytics as well as well-established operating system development. The company mainly specializes in Internet-related services and products. Google first founded the company was founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin who currently own 15 qne shares in wn percent of the organization's shares and have control over 56 percent of voting power among stakeholders (Vise, 2007).

Primarily, the company was incorporated as a private company with its headquarters in Mountain View California. At that time the company was referred to as Googolplex. The rapid growth exhibited by the company has since its incorporation has led to the emergence of some products, partnerships, and acquisitions beyond its well-established search engine.

Mission and Objectives of the Company

Google Company's mission has and remains to be, "to organize global information and ensure that it's useful, credible and accessible. Currently, Google resides dominant in the US online search market owning approximately 74% of the market. Annually, millions of people perform a lot of searches through the companies search platform. The Financial Status of the Company

The company has increased its market share from 35% to over 60% compared to its available competitors making it the most powerful search engine worldwide.
